PRINTIFY WEEKLY PUBLISHING PROGRAM

A. General

1. The Program is open to registered Printify users who meet the eligibility requirements in Section B. Exclusions apply.
2. The Program operates on a continuous, rolling weekly cycle commencing upon launch and remaining active until terminated by Printify (“Program Period”). Weekly cycles run from Monday 00:00 (UTC) to Sunday 23:59 (UTC) (“Weekly Cycle”). Printify reserves the right to shorten, extend, pause, or end the Program, in whole or in part, at its sole discretion, at any time without prior notice. If Printify ends the Program, it may, at its sole discretion, carry over or convert Your streak, unclaimed Rewards or other Program progress to another Printify program or feature, in whole or in part. Any such carry-over is not guaranteed, may differ in form or value from what You had earned, and will be subject to the terms of the receiving program. Nothing in these Terms requires Printify to offer a replacement program.
3. Printify reserves the right to at its sole discretion, at any time, and upon its own judgment to modify these Terms, the weekly goal targets, reward types, reward values, or any other aspects of the Program, including but not limited to in the event of errors, fraud, or technical issues that affect the Program’s integrity. We may also cancel the Program entirely at any time, at our sole discretion.
4. All relevant Printify terms, including, but not limited to the Printify Terms of Service (available at https://printify.com/terms-of-service/), together with the Privacy Policy (available at https://printify.com/privacy-policy/), and Intellectual Property Policy (available at https://printify.com/intellectual-property-policy/), apply to these Terms and those participating in the Program. In case of any conflict, these Terms shall prevail.
5. You understand and acknowledge that the Organizer is not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries incurred during or as a result of participating in the Program. You participate or engage in the Program at Your own risk. In no event shall the Organizer, its officers, directors, agents, affiliates, employees, advertisers, or providers be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of profits, or loss of data You may incur as a result of participating in the Program.
6. The Program is intended to encourage consistent publishing habits and is provided for engagement purposes only. Printify makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee that participation in the Program will result in increased sales, revenue, profits, store growth, or any other commercial outcome. Any results achieved by other merchants participating in the Program are not indicative of what You may experience. Your results will depend on factors outside Printify's control, including but not limited to Your store setup, products, marketing efforts, and market conditions.
7. You agree to indemnify and hold Printify and its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, and providers harmless from any and all claims, demands, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of Your breach of these Terms or Your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.
8. These Terms and the underlying agreement between the Parties are exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, U.S.A., without giving effect to such state’s choice-of-law rules that may require the application of the laws of another jurisdiction. Each party, acting for itself and its successors and assigns, hereby expressly and irrevocably consents that any disputes, controversies, or claims arising out of or in connection with this agreement, or the breach thereof, shall be finally settled subject to the claimant’s choice either by arbitration administered by the International Centre for Dispute Resolution in accordance with its International Arbitration Rules, such arbitration shall be seated in New York, or by the courts of Delaware, as well as the United States District Court for the District of Delaware.
9. If Printify incurs any chargebacks, disputes, reversals, or other charges that Printify may have incurred due to causes attributable to You in respect to Your account, we reserve the right to:
   1. Charge You for the relevant amounts incurred.
   2. Set off any positive balance in Your account against any amounts You owe.
10. Violation of any term applicable to the Program, including, in particular, these Terms, will automatically lead to Printify voiding its offers, canceling rewards, reclaiming previously awarded rewards, or reversing any payments and/or discounts. The determination of whether a particular User or an account has violated terms applicable to the Program shall remain at Printify's exclusive and sole discretion. At any time, Printify may reclaim any rewards awarded in error. The decision on reclaiming awards shall be final and undisputable.
11. By participating in the Program, You confirm that You have read and fully understand these Terms and You agree to be bound by them and by all of Printify’s decisions on Program matters, which are final and binding.

B. Eligibility

12. To be eligible to participate in the Program, registered Printify Users must meet all of the following criteria (each a "Merchant"). The Merchant:
    1. has completed Printify’s merchant onboarding process;
    2. has connected at least one eligible sales channel to their Printify account;
    3. has received a Program invitation by email or has been presented with the Program module in their Printify dashboard; and
    4. Is not otherwise excluded under these Terms ("Eligibility Criteria").
13. The Program is open globally, subject to local laws and regulations.
14. A Merchant is excluded from the Program if: (i) their Printify account is suspended, restricted or terminated, or they are in material breach of the Printify Terms of Service; (ii) they are located in, ordinarily resident in, or owned or controlled by a person located in, a country or territory subject to comprehensive sanctions, or they appear on a sanctions list that applies to Printify; or (iii) Printify reasonably believes they have engaged in fraud or conduct described in these Terms as gaming the Program.
15. You must be at least 18 (eighteen) years old, or the legal age of majority in Your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
16. Printify accounts may never be created or used in someone else’s name, business name, or address. Printify may request the completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation to verify the details in the User's account before awarding any rewards.
17. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse any entry and disqualify any participant who does not meet with the Eligibility Criteria. Non-compliance with the Eligibility Criteria and exclusions result in automatic disqualification.
18. Participation in the Program is entirely voluntary. Merchants incur no obligation to participate and may discontinue participation at any time simply by refraining from completing Program tasks or redeeming rewards.

C. How the Program Works

19. Each week during the Program Period, You will be presented with a weekly goal in your Printify dashboard. Meeting that goal counts as a completed week. The specific goal target is variable and will be communicated through Your dashboard at the start of each Weekly Cycle.
20. Your streak is the number of consecutive completed weeks You have accumulated, tracked and displayed in Your dashboard.
21. Recovery rule: Missing one week puts Your streak at risk, but does not break it. Missing two consecutive weeks resets (“burns”) Your streak to zero. You may start a new streak the following Weekly Cycle.
22. We may adjust goal targets, streak mechanics, or Program logic at any time, but will not retroactively remove a reward that has already been earned and not yet claimed.

D. Participation Requirements

23. To qualify for rewards, You must, during the Program Period meet the weekly goal in the applicable Weekly Cycle, as displayed in Your dashboard.
24. Only products published during a given Weekly Cycle, as recorded in Printify’s systems, count toward that week’s goal. Publications made before the Weekly Cycle begins do not count.
25. We may exclude publications that appear fraudulent, incomplete, or in violation of Printify’s policies. Our assessment of goal completion is final and not subject to appeal.

E. Rewards

26. Merchants who reach designated streak milestones become eligible for the corresponding reward (“Reward”), as communicated through the Printify dashboard. The Reward schedule, including but not limited to milestone thresholds, Reward types, and Reward values, is variable and set by Printify at its sole discretion. The current schedule is always displayed in the Merchant’s Printify dashboard.
27. Rewards must be actively claimed by the Merchant within a seven (7) day period from the day they have been unlocked by clicking the applicable button in the dashboard. Rewards not claimed within that window are forfeited.
28. All Rewards are provided “as is”, without any warranty, representation, or guarantee of any kind. Printify reserves the right to substitute any Reward with one of equal or greater value at any time.
29. Rewards have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash, exchanged, or transferred to another person or account, except at Printify’s sole discretion. Requests to transfer a Reward require prior written permission from Printify, which may be granted or withheld without liability.
30. Rewards will not be combined with other rebates of promotional programs unless expressly stated by Printify.
31. You are solely responsible for any costs associated with accepting or using a Reward that are not expressly covered by these Terms, including but not limited to applicable taxes, shipping costs beyond those covered by Printify, and import duties. Where required by law, we may ask You to complete tax documentation before a Reward is issued.
32. Printify is not responsible for any inability of a participant to accept, access, or use a Reward for any reason.

F. Release of Liability and Winner Acknowledgements

33. By participating in the Program and accepting the Reward, You, on behalf of Yourself and Your heirs, successors, and assigns, release and hold harmless Printify and its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers ("Released Parties") from any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to:
    1. Your participation in the Program;
    2. The acceptance, receipt, possession, use, or misuse of any Reward;
    3. Any error, omission, or interruption in Program administration;
    4. Any technical failure, system outage, or data loss affecting the Program;
    5. Any injury, loss, or damage of any kind caused in connection with or resulting from participation in the Program or use of any Reward.
34. You acknowledge that the Released Parties have no obligation to maintain the Program for any minimum period and that it may be modified, suspended, or ended without notice or liability.
35. You acknowledge that, to the extent permitted by applicable law, by accepting a Reward You waive any right to claim that the Reward is inadequate, unsuitable, or different from what was described, and agree to accept the Reward in its delivered form.
36. Printify reserves the right to disqualify anyone found to be tampering with the Program, acting in bad faith, gaming the reward system, including but not limited to artificially inflating publishing activity with no genuine commercial intent, or violating these Terms or applicable law. We reserve the right to pursue legal remedies against any such participant.
37. If the Program is compromised by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to technical failures, unauthorized interference, or fraud, we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate it, and where applicable to issue outstanding Rewards to eligible Participants based on records prior to the disrupting event.

G. Privacy

38. Your data will be processed based on the Organizer's legitimate interests, such as the promotion of the Organizer's brand, product visibility, improvements and communication relating to the Program.
