1. What is the Printify Sellers Club? The Printify Sellers Club is a community designed for print-on-demand entrepreneurs to connect, share knowledge, and grow their businesses together. It’s a place where you can learn from others, find inspiration, and get support from fellow members and experts.

2. How do I introduce myself to the community? We encourage all new members to introduce themselves in the 'Introduce Yourself' space. Start a new post, tell us a bit about your POD journey, and connect with fellow creators.

3. Where can I get help if I have any questions?
In case you have issues with Sellers Club or your Printify orders, please reach out to the Printify Merchant Support team here (https://help.printify.com/hc/en-us). 

4. Are there any rules I should be aware of? Yes, we have a set of community rules to ensure a respectful and positive environment for everyone. Please take a moment to review them here (https://printify.com/sellers-club-community-rules/).

5. How do I participate in events? You can find and RSVP to upcoming events in the 'Events' section. Once you RSVP, you’ll receive notifications and reminders about how to join the live event.

6. Can I share my products or services with the community? Self-promotion is allowed within certain guidelines. Please use the appropriate spaces and keep it relevant to the discussion. Unsolicited advertisements may be removed.

7. What should I do if I encounter inappropriate behavior? If you see any content or behavior that violates our community rules, please report it to the moderators immediately. We’re here to maintain a safe and supportive space for everyone.

8. What resources are available to help me with my POD business? Our community offers a variety of resources, including courses, mentors, and discussions, to help you succeed in your POD journey.

9. How do I cancel my Printify Sellers Club subscription? To cancel your Printify Sellers Club subscription, go to your Account Settings, and under the Billing section, select the ‘Cancel’ option. After canceling, you’ll retain access to the Sellers Club until the date that would have been your next payment.

There, you’ll find step-by-step instructions on how to navigate Account settings Billing to cancel your subscription. Please note that, currently, it’s not possible to cancel your subscription directly from within the app.
