Policy updates on July 8, 2026
We are updating our Terms of Service and Intellectual Property Policy to clarify Your responsibility for content uploaded or provided by Your Customers, including through personalization input fields on third-party marketplaces or storefronts.
- We are updating section A “Definitions”. The definitions for "User-Generated Content" is removed and the definitions of "Your Content," and "Customers" have been expanded to include content and interactions (such as personalization input) provided by Your Customers.
- We are updating section H.2 “Content Sharing” to clarify that Customers can upload and share content through the service.
- We are updating section H.3 “Representations and Warranties” to clarify Your responsibilities for Your Customer content as if you had provided it yourself.
- We are updating section A.2 “Content Definition” to include content uploaded or provided by Your Customers, including through personalization input fields on third-party marketplaces.
- We are updating section E.2 “Representations and Warranties” to include Content provided by Your customers. You are responsible for ensuring that you have all necessary rights, licenses, and authorizations for this content, just as you would for your own.
- We are updating section F.2 “User Responsibility” to clarify Your responsibility for content provided by Your Customers.
