Norwegian Transparency Act Statement
Last updated on June 22, 2026
Norwegian Act relating to enterprises’ transparency and work on fundamental human rights and decent working conditions (“Transparency Act”) requires large enterprises to publish a statement regarding the results of their due diligence to identify, address, prevent, and limit violations of human rights or decent working conditions.
Printify is committed to ensuring ethical and fair-labor practices within our own operations and we seek and expect from our suppliers to do the same. The below listed statement refers to Printify’s efforts in this area in 2025.
1.The structure of our organization, business, and supply chain
Printify is an on-demand order fulfillment and dropshipping company with teams working in North America and Europe, as well as partners in North America, Europe, Australia, and China.
Printify actively maps its supply chain across multiple tiers, including workforce profiles, countries of operation, and suppliers for each component of our products and services. We collect key ethical data directly from our suppliers to assess their compliance with labor standards, business ethics, environmental responsibility, and health and safety regulations. We continuously engage with both new and existing suppliers to strengthen transparency and ensure responsible practices throughout our supply chain.
2.Printify policies and procedures in relation to human rights and decent working conditions
Printify maintains a Code of Conduct, which establishes our expectations on ethical and responsible operations across our supply chain. These requirements are aligned with international standards such as ILO Conventions, the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, and industry-recognized norms.
Within our Code of Conduct, we have policies addressing key policies on human rights and decent working conditions. These include strict prohibitions against forced and child labor, unsafe working conditions, excessive working hours, and any form of discrimination or harassment, while requiring fair wages, freedom of association, and respect for workers dignity. Additionally, the Code covers our requirements on environmental and anti-corruption standards.
3.Due diligence processes
Printify conducts supplier pre-screening and risk assessments that allow us to identify and compare risks across regions and sectors, including potential exposure to forced labor in certain countries. We combine trusted data on country- and sector-level risks with information collected directly from our suppliers to build a comprehensive understanding of potential human rights and ethical challenges in our supply chain.
Suppliers shall acknowledge Printify’s Code of Conduct and agree to certain social responsibility requirements, including the need to perform factory audits and submit copies of those to Printify so we can verify there are no material non-compliances in the vendor’s operations. Printify reserves the right to terminate the partnership if a vendor fails to comply with the requirements set by the Code of Conduct.
4.Due diligence findings
We have created a system for gathering and reviewing various certifications and factory audits from our suppliers and made progress in creating our supplier directory to gain better oversight of our supply chain.
In case of questions or concerns regarding human rights or decent working conditions in our operations, members of the public are encouraged to contact the Printify Compliance team at [email protected]
