Modern Slavery Act Statement

Last updated on June , 2026

According to the Modern Slavery Act 2015, commercial organizations that carry out all or part of their business in the United Kingdom are required to publish a transparency statement informing consumers about the efforts to eradicate slavery and human trafficking.

Printify is committed to ensuring ethical and fair labor practices across its operations and seeks and expects the same from its suppliers.

The structure of our organization, business, and supply chain

Printify is an on-demand order fulfillment and dropshipping company with teams working in North America and Europe, as well as partners in North America, Europe, Australia, and China.

Printify actively maps its supply chain across multiple tiers, including workforce profiles, countries of operation, and suppliers for each component of our products and services. We collect key ethical data directly from our suppliers to assess their compliance with labor standards, business ethics, environmental responsibility, and health and safety regulations. We continuously engage with both new and existing suppliers to strengthen transparency and ensure responsible practices throughout our supply chain.

Printify policies in relation to slavery and human trafficking

Printify maintains a Code of Conduct, which establishes our expectations on ethical and responsible operations across our supply chain. These requirements are aligned with international standards such as ILO Conventions, the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, and industry-recognized norms.

Within our Code of Conduct, we have explicit policies addressing slavery and human trafficking. It strictly prohibits all forms of forced, bonded, or trafficked labor, forbidding practices such as withholding identity documents, restricting freedom of movement, or requiring workers to pay recruitment fees. Suppliers are required to implement systems to prevent, detect, and remediate such risks in their operations and supply chains.

Additionally, the Code of Conduct covers non-discrimination, health & safety, wages & benefits, working hours, grievance mechanisms, monitoring and audits, and environmental and anti-corruption requirements.

Due diligence processes

We continue to develop our due diligence process and corresponding action plans to address the identified risks.

Risk assessment and management

Printify conducts supplier pre-screening and risk assessments that allow us to identify and compare risks across regions and sectors, including potential exposure to forced labor in certain countries. We combine trusted data on country- and sector-level risks with information collected directly from our suppliers to build a comprehensive understanding of potential human rights and ethical challenges in our supply chain.

Our Code of Conduct permits us to ask our suppliers to complete a Self-Assessment Questionnaire (SAQ), which helps us gather information on operational activities associated with modern slavery risks, such as using labor providers and payment of recruitment fees.

According to our Code of Conduct, we reserve the right to conduct periodic on-site visits to check working and living conditions, either directly or through third parties, as well as audit their records and practices of wage, hour, and payroll information.

Key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of steps being taken

We have not yet set any Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of actions taken to address modern slavery.
