“Printify MCP Connector for Claude – Closed Beta” Terms & Conditions

A. General

1. This Beta Program is open to qualifying Printify Users as defined in the Printify Terms of Service (available at https://printify.com/terms-of-service/). Exclusions apply. Places are limited.

2. Sign-ups open on October 28, 2026, and close on November 10, 2026, or earlier if all places are filled (the “Sign-Up Period”). The Beta Program runs for the testing period described in paragraph 19 (the “Testing Period”). Printify reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify these Terms or the Beta Program, or to cancel the Beta Program, at any time, in particular in case of errors, fraud, security concerns, or interference beyond the control of the Company. Changes apply from the time they are communicated to You by email, and do not reduce a Store Credit Incentive that You have already become entitled to under paragraph 32.

3. The Printify Terms of Service (available at https://printify.com/terms-of-service/) and the Privacy Policy (available at https://printify.com/privacy-policy/) apply to these Terms and to those participating in the Beta Program. In case of any conflict, these Terms shall prevail in relation to the Beta Program.

4. You understand and acknowledge that the Organizer is not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries incurred during or as a result of participating in the Beta Program. You participate or engage in the Beta Program at Your own risk. In no event shall the Organizer, its officers, directors, agents, affiliates, employees, advertisers, or providers be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of profits, or loss of data You may incur as a result of participating in the Beta Program. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability or any right that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

5. You agree to indemnify and hold Printify and its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, and providers harmless from any and all claims, demands, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of Your breach of these Terms or Your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

6. These Terms and the underlying agreement between the Parties are exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Delaware, U.S.A., without giving effect to such state's choice-of-law rules that may require the application of the laws of another jurisdiction. Each party, acting for itself and its successors and assigns, hereby expressly and irrevocably consents that any disputes, controversies, or claims arising out of or in connection with this agreement, or the breach thereof, shall be finally settled subject to the claimant's choice either by arbitration administered by the International Centre for Dispute Resolution in accordance with its International Arbitration Rules, such arbitration shall be seated in New York, or by the courts of Delaware, as well as the United States District Court for the District of Delaware.

7. If Printify incurs any chargebacks, disputes, reversals, or other charges due to causes attributable to You in respect to Your account (including through use of the Connector), Printify reserves the right to (a) charge You for the relevant amounts incurred; and (b) set off any positive balance in Your account, including any Store Credit Incentive, against any amounts You owe.

8. Violation of any term applicable to the Beta Program, including, in particular, these Terms, will lead to Printify removing You from the Beta Program, voiding its offers, cancelling the Store Credit Incentive, or reversing any credit awarded. Printify will determine in good faith whether a particular User or account has violated terms applicable to the Beta Program, and its determination is final. At any time, Printify may reclaim any Store Credit Incentive awarded in error.

9. By participating in the Beta Program, You represent and warrant that You have read these Terms and fully understand their contents, and that You agree to and accept these Terms and the good-faith decisions of the Organizer, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Beta Program.

B. Beta Program rules

Eligibility Requirements

10. The Beta Program is open to registered Printify Users with an active Printify account in good standing (“Merchants”) who submit the Sign-Up Form during the Sign-Up Period. A Claude account is not required to sign up. However, an Accepted Participant must, before the start of the Testing Period stated in their acceptance email, hold a Claude account (free or paid) that allows them to use the Connector, obtained at their own expense. An Accepted Participant who does not have such an account by that date may not take part in the Testing Period and is not entitled to any Store Credit Incentive.

11. The Beta Program is open to Merchants residing in territories where Printify services are made available and where participation in the Beta Program is lawful.

12. You must be older than 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in Your jurisdiction of residence.

13. Employees and affiliates of the Organizer are not eligible to participate in the Beta Program.

14. Only one place in the Beta Program and one set of Store Credit Incentives is available per individual or business, regardless of the number of Printify accounts, stores, or Claude accounts they hold or control.

15. Printify accounts may never be created or used in someone else's name, business name, or address. Printify may request the completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation to verify the details in the User's account before awarding any Store Credit Incentive.

16. Non-compliance with the eligibility rules and exclusions will lead to automatic disqualification. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse any Sign-Up Form that does not comply with the Eligibility Requirements.

Selection

17. Submitting the Sign-Up Form does not guarantee a place in the Beta Program. Places are limited and are allocated on a first come, first served basis, in the order in which Printify receives valid Sign-Up Forms from Merchants who meet the Eligibility Requirements, until all places are filled. Printify's records of the time of receipt are authoritative. Printify may refuse any Sign-Up Form that does not meet the Eligibility Requirements or these Terms. Places are not allocated by random draw.

18. Merchants who are allocated a place will be notified by email to the address provided in the Sign-Up Form (“Accepted Participants”). The email will state the date on which the Testing Period starts for You. Merchants who do not receive an acceptance email are not Accepted Participants.

Beta Requirements

19. The Testing Period is 4 (four) consecutive Testing Weeks, starting on the Monday stated in Your acceptance email. A “Testing Week” runs from Monday 00:00 to Sunday 23:59 ET. No minimum level of activity is required to remain in the Beta Program. To remain an Accepted Participant in good standing, You must comply with these Terms and keep Your Printify account in good standing (the “Beta Requirements”). Store Credit Incentives are earned only as set out in Section E.

20. Printify's records, including Connector usage data and survey submission records are authoritative in determining whether a Store Credit Incentive has been earned. Printify counts tool calls logged from Your Printify account and does not review which tool is used or whether any particular task was completed. A tool call counts only if made in genuine use of the Connector. Tool calls generated solely to meet the conditions for a completed Testing Week, including by automated means, do not count. If Printify considers that You have not earned a Store Credit Incentive, it will tell You by email and You may respond within 5 (five) business days before Printify makes its final determination.

21. Accepted Participants may withdraw from the Beta Program at any time by contacting the Organizer at the Printify, Inc. address or merchantsupport@printify.com. An Accepted Participant who withdraws before the end of the Testing Period keeps the First Credit if they had already completed 2 (two) Testing Weeks before withdrawing (subject to paragraphs 8 and 31), and forfeits the Completion Credit and any credit for a Testing Week not completed before withdrawal. Withdrawal takes effect when Printify receives Your notice. Any First Credit kept is credited with the other Store Credit Incentives under paragraph 31. Printify may end Your access to the Connector on withdrawal or removal. Withdrawal or removal does not affect paragraphs 26 and 27, which continue to apply.

C. Use of the Connector and Claude

22. The Connector is a pre-release feature. It is provided “as is” and “as available,” may contain errors or change without notice, and may be suspended or discontinued at any time. Printify makes no commitment to provide support, uptime, or any particular functionality, or to release the Connector commercially.

23. Claude is a product of Anthropic. Printify is not affiliated with, and the Beta Program is not sponsored or endorsed by, Anthropic. You must obtain and maintain Your Claude account (free or paid) Yourself. Your use of Claude is governed solely by Anthropic's own terms and privacy policy. Printify does not purchase, provide, manage, or refund any Claude account or subscription and is not responsible for the availability or outputs of Claude.

24. When You use the Connector, information from Your Printify account, which may include product, order, and customer data, may be made available to Claude and processed by Anthropic under Anthropic's terms and not under Printify's Privacy Policy. You are responsible for choosing what data and permissions You make available through the Connector, and for having any notices, consents, or other legal basis required to share Your customers' personal data in this way.

25. You are responsible for all actions taken through the Connector under Your account, including actions initiated by Claude on Your instructions, and for any resulting orders, charges, or changes to Your account, store, or products, as if You had taken them Yourself. Outputs generated by Claude may be inaccurate, and You should review them before relying on them.

D. Confidentiality and Feedback

26. The Connector, its features and documentation, the onboarding materials, and any other non-public information about the Beta Program that Printify makes available to You (“Beta Information”) are confidential. You may use Beta Information only to participate in the Beta Program and must not disclose or publish it (including by sharing screenshots or posting on social media) until Printify publicly announces the Connector or gives You written permission. This does not apply to information that is or becomes public other than through Your breach, or to disclosures required by law. This paragraph does not restrict You from sharing Your honest opinion of the Connector once it has been publicly released by Printify.

27. Any feedback, bug reports, survey responses, suggestions, or ideas You give about the Connector or Printify's services (“Feedback”) may be used by Printify and its affiliates for any purpose. You grant Printify and its affiliates a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use Feedback without any obligation or compensation to You. You keep ownership of Your own store content and data.

28. The Store Credit Incentives depend only on the conditions in Section E. They do not depend on the content or sentiment of Your Feedback, and Printify asks for Your honest views. If You publicly discuss the Connector when permitted under these Terms, You must clearly disclose that You received a Store Credit Incentive from Printify for participating.

E. Store Credit Incentive

29. Each Accepted Participant may earn up to US$40 (forty U.S. dollars) in Printify store credit in total, added to their Printify balance, as follows: (a) US$20 (twenty U.S. dollars) once they have completed at least 2 (two) Testing Weeks (the “First Credit”); and (b) a further US$20 (twenty U.S. dollars) once they have completed all 4 (four) Testing Weeks (the “Completion Credit”). The First Credit and the Completion Credit are together the “Store Credit Incentives” (and each a “Store Credit Incentive”). A Testing Week is “completed” if, in that Testing Week, the Accepted Participant both (i) makes at least one tool call through the Connector from their Printify account, as recorded in Printify's usage data, and (ii) submits that Testing Week's feedback survey, with all required questions answered in good faith, by Sunday 23:59 ET of that Testing Week. A Testing Week is not completed if the Accepted Participant withdraws or is removed before it ends. Printify does not check which tool was used or whether any suggested task was carried out; the survey asks the Accepted Participant whether they did it. Completing a Testing Week is not required to remain in the Beta Program: an Accepted Participant who misses a Testing Week stays in the Beta Program, but that Testing Week does not count towards the Store Credit Incentives. The Store Credit Incentives are incentives for participation and Feedback. They are not a reimbursement, refund, or payment of the cost of Claude or of any other cost You incur. The amounts are fixed and do not change with the Claude plan You choose, the price You pay, any discount or free trial, or whether You pay for Claude at all.

30. Each Store Credit Incentive may be used only towards samples and manual orders placed through Your Printify account, and may not be applied to any other charge. It is promotional credit with no cash value. It cannot be withdrawn, refunded, or exchanged for cash, and it is not transferable. If an order paid for with the Store Credit Incentive is cancelled or refunded, the amount is returned as store credit and not as cash. Each Store Credit Incentive expires 90 (ninety) days after it is credited to Your account.

31. Printify will credit all Store Credit Incentives You have earned in a single payment within 30 (thirty) days after the scheduled end of the Testing Period (including a First Credit earned before You left the Beta Program), once it has verified them and will notify You by email. No Store Credit Incentive is credited earlier. If Your account is closed, suspended, or terminated for breach of Printify's terms before the Store Credit Incentives are credited, or before they are used, You forfeit them.

32. If Printify ends or cancels the Beta Program, or ends Your participation, before the end of the Testing Period for a reason other than Your breach of these Terms, Printify will credit any Store Credit Incentive earned from Testing Weeks completed before the date of that end or cancellation, provided that You complied with these Terms. No Store Credit Incentive accrues for any later period.

33. Printify may report the value of the Store Credit Incentive to the applicable tax authority when required by law. You are responsible for all taxes due on the Store Credit Incentive. You agree to provide any taxpayer identification number, self-certification (such as Form W-9 or W-8), or other information that Printify reasonably requests to comply with applicable tax law, and failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the Store Credit Incentive.

34. No substitution or cash alternative of the Store Credit Incentive is allowed, except at the sole discretion of the Organizer. No more than one set of Store Credit Incentives per participant will be awarded under paragraph 14.

F. Privacy Policy

35. By participating in the Beta Program, Your personal data, including data You provide in the Sign-Up Form (which is collected through a third-party form provider), Your Printify account data, and data about Your use of the Connector and Your Feedback (including survey responses), will be collected, processed, and used to assess Your application, run the Beta Program, verify completed Testing Weeks, award the Store Credit Incentives, and improve the Connector.

36. Provision of Your personal data is voluntary, but failure to provide the aforementioned personal data or substantiated objection to data processing will automatically exclude You from participation in the Beta Program. Please see the Organizer's Privacy Policy (available at https://printify.com/privacy-policy/) for details regarding the sharing of personal data with third parties, the rights of the data subject, and information security. Please note that data made available to Anthropic when You use Claude is subject to paragraph 24.
