Thank you for your interest in participating in the Printify JackPOD campaign (“Campaign”), brought to you by Printify, Inc. (“Company” or “Organizer” or “Printify”). This Campaign is for registered Printify Users as defined in the Printify Terms of Service (available at https://printify.com/terms-of-service/), by giving Users a chance to win Prizes in for complying with certain Requirements. Exclusions apply. No purchase necessary to enter this Campaign.

Before you sign up for the Campaign, please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully. These Terms govern participation in the Campaign.

“User,” “You,” and “Your” refers to the individual person, company, or organization that has visited or is using Printify services; that accesses or uses any part of the account; or that directs the use of the account in the performance of its functions. 

A. General

1. This Campaign is open to all registered Printify Users as defined in the Printify Terms of Service (available at https://printify.com/terms-of-service/). Exclusions apply. 

2. The Campaign opens for early access on September 14, 2023 at 2:00 PM (UTC) and closes on September 14, 2023 10:00 PM (UTC) (“Early Access”). The Campaign opens for general access on September 25, 2023 at 7:00 AM UTC and ends on November 5, 2023 at 11:59 PM (UTC)(“General Access”).

3. Printify reserves the right to at its sole discretion, at any time, and upon its own judgment to modify these Terms, any content, rules, and reward conditions at any time, especially in case of any errors, fraud, or unauthorized interference beyond the control of the Company that may jeopardize the security and fairness of the Campaign. Printify reserves the right to cancel the Campaign at any time at its sole discretion.

4. The Printify Terms of Service (available at https://printify.com/terms-of-service/), together with the Privacy Policy (available at https://printify.com/privacy-policy/) and Intellectual Property Policy (available at https://printify.com/intellectual-property-policy/), apply to these Terms and those participating in the Campaign. In case of any conflict, these Terms shall prevail.

5. You understand and acknowledge that the Organizer is not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries incurred during or as a result of participating in the Campaign. You participate or engage in the Campaign at their own risk. In no event shall the Organizer, its officers, directors, agents, affiliates, employees, advertisers, or providers be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of profits, or loss of data you may incur as a result of participating in the Campaign.

6. You agree to indemnify and hold Printify and its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, and providers harmless from any and all claims, demands, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of Your breach of these Terms or Your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

7. These Terms and the underlying agreement between the Parties are exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Delaware, U.S.A., without giving effect to such state’s choice-of-law rules that may require the application of the laws of another jurisdiction. Each party, acting for itself and its successors and assigns, hereby expressly and irrevocably consents that any disputes, controversies, or claims arising out of or in connection with this agreement, or the breach thereof, shall be finally settled subject to the claimant’s choice either by arbitration administered by the International Centre for Dispute Resolution in accordance with its International Arbitration Rules, such arbitration shall be seated the in New York, or by the courts of Delaware, as well as the United States District Court for the District of Delaware.

8. If Printify incurs any chargebacks, disputes, reversals, or other charges that Printify may have incurred due to causes attributable to You in respect to Your account, we reserve the right to:

a. Charge You for the relevant amounts incurred.

b. Set off any positive balance in Your account against any amounts You owe. 

9. Violation of any term applicable to the Campaign, including, in particular, these Terms, will automatically lead to Printify voiding its offers, canceling rewards, or reversing any payments and/or discounts. The determination of whether a particular User or an account has violated terms applicable to the Campaign shall remain at Printify’s exclusive and sole discretion. At any time, Printify may reclaim any rewards awarded in error. The decision on reclaiming awards shall be final and undisputable.

10. By participating in the Campaign you represent and warrant that you have read these Terms and are fully aware of and fully understand the contents of these Terms and you fully and unconditionally agree to and accept these Terms and the decisions of the Organizer, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Campaign.

B. Campaign Rules

11. Eligibility:

a. Only registered Printify Users can enter the Campaign. Only one entry per User is permitted.

b. The Campaign is open to Participants residing worldwide, however legal residents of the Commonwealth of Australia, Quebec (Canada), the State of New York (USA) and the State of Florida (USA) are not eligible to participate in the Campaign.

c. Employees of the Organizer are not eligible to participate in the Campaign.

12. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse any entry that does not comply with the eligibility requirements of these Terms (“Eligibility”). Non-compliance with the Eligibility rules and exclusions will lead to automatic disqualification.

13. Printify accounts may never be created or used in someone else’s name, business name, or address. Printify may request the completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation to verify the details in the User’s account before awarding any rewards. 

14. Campaign participation is divided into two categories – Early Access and General Access. If You meet the Eligibility criteria, You can sign up to participate in the Campaign at any time during the duration of Early Access or General Access (“Campaign Period”).

15. Requirements:

a. Users interested in participating in the Campaign must fill out the sign up form provided above by entering their Printify-connected email address and agreeing to the Terms (“Sign Up Process”). If the Sign Up Process is successful, You will receive a confirmation email to Your Printify-connected email address. 

b. Users may sign up for the Campaign at any time during the Campaign Period by completing the aforementioned Sign Up Process. Entries after the Campaign Period will not be registered and will not be eligible for participation.

c. In addition and in the alternative to any other sign-up methods advertised, users may opt to register for the Campaign by sending a letter to Printify, Inc., 108 West 13th Street Wilmington, Delaware 19801. This letter should contain necessary details (full name and Printify-connected email address) and other information as may be specified by the Organizer. Please note that by using this alternative sign-up method, participants agree to be contacted by the Organizer for further communications relating to the Campaign and You may opt out by contacting the Organizer at the Printify, Inc. address or [email protected].

16. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse any entry that does not comply with the participation requirements of these Terms (“Requirements”). Non-compliance with the Requirements will lead to automatic disqualification.

17. Those Users that have signed up through the Sign Up Process, comply with the Eligibility criteria and the Requirements are participating in the Campaign (“Participants”). Participants may withdraw their participation at any time by contacting [email protected].

C. Campaign Challenges

18. In order for Participants to participate in the random draw for the Bonus Prize and the Grand Prize, Participants must complete at least one task that is part of the Campaign (“Challenge”). You will receive points for completing the Challenge which will determine the number of entries You will have in the random draw for the Bonus Prize and the Grand Prize (“Chips”). The Chances of winning the Bonus Prize and the Grand Prize will depend on each Participant’s total number of Chips accumulated during the Campaign Period. One Chip equals one entry into the Bonus Prize and Grand Prize Participants pool for the random draw.

19. These are the Challenges taking place as part of the Campaign:

a. “Santa’s Luck of the Draw” – to complete this Challenge You must publish 5 new products from Printify’s Seasonal Picks category to your Printify-connected store, connected through one of Printify integrations or Printify Pop-Up. For completion of this Challenge You will receive 20 Chips. Additional Chips for repeating this Challenge will not be granted. This Challenge is open until October 15, 2023, at 11:59 PM Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). 

b. “Wind in Your Sales” – to complete this Challenge You must generate one order (definition of “order” available at https://printify.com/terms-of-service/) after completing the required Campaign Sign Up Process. This challenge also includes manual and sample orders. For completion of this Challenge You will receive 10 Chips. Additional Chips for repeating this Challenge will not be granted. This Challenge is open until November 5, 2023, at 11:59 PM Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). 

c. “Catalog Royale” – to complete this Challenge You must publish a new Printify product to Your Printify-connected store. This challenge is eligible for Printify Pop-Up store and store connected through our integrations. A new product is one that you have not yet listed in your store from the Printify catalog. For completion of this Challenge You will receive 5 Chips. This Challenge can be repeated. For every new product You will receive additional 5 Chips. This Challenge is open until November 5, 2023, at 11:59 PM Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). 

d. “The POD Machine” – to complete this Challenge You must design a product with emojis using Printify Mockup Generator and publish it to Your Printify-connected store, connected through one of Printify integrations or Printify Pop-Up.  For completion of this Challenge You will receive 5 Chips. Additional Chips for repeating this Challenge will not be granted.This Challenge is open until November 5, 2023, at 11:59 PM Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). 

e. “Place Your Prints” – to complete this Challenge You must design a product with a pattern tool using Printify Mockup Generator and publish it to Your Printify-connected store, connected through one of Printify integrations or Printify Pop-Up. For completion of this Challenge You will receive 5 Chips. Additional Chips for repeating this Challenge will not be granted. This Challenge is open until November 5, 2023, at 11:59 PM Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). 

f. “Around the World” – to complete this Challenge You must sell Your Printify product (definition of “product” available at https://printify.com/terms-of-service/) to a customer with an order delivery address in a country where You have never shipped Your products before or make Your first order anywhere in the world. Here is a guide to selling internationally. This challenge doesn’t apply to sample or manual orders. For completion of this Challenge You will receive 15 Chips. For every new country You will receive an additional 15 Chips. This Challenge is open until November 5, 2023, at 11:59 PM Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). 

g. “Pop-Up & Cash-Out” – to complete this Challenge You must set up Your first or a new sales channel (definition of “sales channel” available at https://printify.com/terms-of-service/) through one of Printify integrations or create your own Printify Pop-Up store. For completion of this Challenge You will receive 20 Chips. Additional Chips for repeating this Challenge will not be granted. This Challenge is open until November 5, 2023, at 11:59 PM Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). 

h. “Starstruck” – to complete this Challenge You must post a Printify product review on Printify POD Rockstars Facebook group using #productreview and #JackPOD hashtags. The product has to be available in the Printify catalog at the time of posting the review. To post a product review in Printify POD Rockstars Facebook group You must be a member of the aforementioned Facebook group. For completion of this Challenge You will receive 25 Chips. Additional Chips for repeating this Challenge will not be granted. This Challenge is open until November 5, 2023, at 11:59 PM Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). 

i. “Flash Challenges” – if You have completed the Campaign Signup Process, You will receive additional Challenges via email address associated with your Printify account. In total there will be 5 Flash Challenges announced via email. They will be announced at random times throughout the Campaign. For completion of each of the Flash Challenge You will receive 10 Chips. The Challenge start and end times will be communicated in the announcement.

D. Campaign Prizes

20. Prizes – all Participants have a chance to win one of the Campaign prizes (“Prize” or “Prizes”). All winners must meet the Eligibility criteria and Requirements. The Prizes of the Campaign are:

a. New Signup Prize

i. Printify Rewards in the value of 100 USD (one hundred U.S. dollars) will be awarded to the Printify rewards wallet to 100 (one hundred) randomly selected new Campaign Participants every week during the Campaign Period. The New Signup Prize will be awarded to a total of 600 Participants during the Campaign period.

ii. To be eligible to receive the New Signup Prize You must complete the Sign Up Process. Participants are eligible to enter and win this prize only once during the Campaign Period, on the week when the Participant has signed up for the Campaign regardless of whether the Participant completed the Sign Up Process during Early Access or General Access.

iii. The random draws for the New Signup Prize will take place every Monday from October 2, 2023, until and including November 6, 2023. The Participant pool for the random draw each Monday will be the Participants that completed the Sign Up Process for the Campaign the previous week. For Participants who completed the Sign Up Process during Early Access the random draw will take place on September 15, 2023.

iv. After the winners are determined each week the winners will be announced on this webpage (https://printify.com/jackpod/) and will receive a confirmation email from the Organizer within 2 business days.

v. To receive the New Signup Prize all winners must submit a signed Winners Release within 5 business days after being contacted by the Organizer.

vi. After the Organizer has received the signed Winners Release from the winning Participant, Printify Rewards amounting to 100 USD (one hundred U.S. dollars) will be transferred to Your Printify Rewards wallet on October 1, 2023 for winners who signed up during Early Access and on November 7, 2023 for winners who signed up during General Access.

b. Top Performer Prize

i. Printify Rewards in the value of 300 USD (three hundred U.S. dollars) will be awarded to 10 (ten) Participants with the most Chips collected each week during the Campaign Period. The Top Performed Prize will be awarded to a total of 60 winners during the Campaign Period.

ii. To be eligible to receive the Top Performer Prize You must complete the Sign Up Process and must rank among the top ten Campaign Participants in terms of the total number of Chips accumulated during the corresponding week.

iii. You are eligible to win the Top Performer Prize multiple times, any Participant, regardless of whether they won the previous week’s Top Performer Prize, has the right to participate in and win the Top Performer Prize the following week.

iv. The Top Performer Prize winners will be chosen and announced every Monday from October 2, 2023, until and including November 6, 2023, based on the Participants performance in terms of the total number of Chips accumulated in the prior week. The winners will be announced on the Organizers website and will receive a confirmation email from the Organizer within 2 business days.

v. To receive the Top Performer Prize all winners must submit a signed Winners Release within 5 business days after being contacted by the Organizer.

vi. After the Organizer has received the signed Winners Release from the winning Participant, Printify Rewards amounting to 300 USD (three hundred U.S. dollars) will be transferred to Your Printify Rewards wallet on November 7, 2023.

c. Grand Prize

i. A transfer of 7 777 USD (seven thousand seven hundred and seventy seven U.S. dollars) to Your Printify Balance and an all-expenses paid 5-day trip to Your chosen destination in Europe (exclusions apply) including a visit to Printify HQ in Riga, Latvia will be awarded to one (1) winner.

ii. To be eligible for the Grand Prize you must complete at least one of the Challenges of the Campaign. For completing each of the Challenges you will receive Chips. Residents and/or nationals of states that have active travel restrictions prohibiting them from entering the Republic of Latvia or any other European country or intended transit state are not eligible to receive the Grand Prize.

iii. The Grand Prize will be awarded to the first randomly selected Participant at the end of the Campaign Period. Your chances of winning the Grand Prize correspond to the total number of Chips You have accumulated during the Campaign Period. One Chip equals one entry into the Grand Prize selection pool.

iv. The random draw for the Grand Prize will take place on November 6, 2023. After the random draw the winner will be announced on the Organizers website and will receive a confirmation email from the Organizer within 2 business days.

v. To receive the Grand Prize the winner must submit a signed Winners Release within 5 business days after being contacted by the Organizer. If the randomly selected winner does not respond to the aforementioned email within 5 business days and does not submit a signed copy of the Winners Release, the Organizer will conduct another random draw to determine a new winner. This process may be repeated until there is a winner who complies with the requirements to receive the Grand Prize.

vi. After the Organizer has received the signed Winners Release from the winning Participant, Printify Balance amounting to 7 777 USD (seven thousand seven hundred and seventy seven U.S. dollars) will be transferred to Your Printify Balance within 5 business days.

vii. As part of the Grand Prize the winner will receive the following: 1 day trip to Printify Development, SIA headquarters at Maskavas street 8 k-1, Riga, LV-1050 followed by a 5 day/4 night trip to the winner’s chosen destination in Europe (exclusions apply) for winner and one (1) guest, which includes:

1. round-trip coach air transportation for two (2) people from a major airport nearest the winner’s home – the winner and all guests must travel from one departure location and must travel on the same itinerary;

2. hotel accommodations, double occupancy, for 1 night in Riga and 4 nights in the chosen destination country for two (2) people;

3. daily allowance that is intended to cover 3 meals a day for two (2) persons based on our estimated cost of meals in your chosen destination country or a suitable alternative for providing 3 meals a day for two (2) persons for the duration of the trip;

4. ground transfers to/from the airport for all the necessary flights covered by the Grand Prize;

5. upon negotiation and if necessary for the intended destination and travel specifics, other costs may be covered by the Organizer at the Organizer’s discretion (e.g. car rental, other transportation costs).

6. All other expenses not specified herein, including but limited to flight insurance, travel insurance, and other personal expenses are the sole responsibility of the winner.

viii. The winners chosen destination within can be in one of the following countries: Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Germany, United Kingdom, France, Italy, Spain, Poland, Romania, Netherlands, Belgium, Sweden, Czech Republic (Czechia), Greece, Portugal, Hungary, Australia, Switzerland, Serbia, Bulgaria, Denmark, Slovakia, Finland, Norway, Ireland, Croatia, Moldova, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Albania, Slovenia, North Macedonia, Luxembourg, Montenegro, Malta, Iceland, Andorra, Liechtenstein, Monaco, San Marino. 

ix. The Organizer is not responsible for procuring or providing the winner and/or their travel companion any necessary visas, travel documents, or related legal authorizations. It is the sole responsibility of the winner and their travel companion to obtain and ensure all required travel documents are in order prior to booking of the Grand Prize trip.

x. All travel arrangements must be made by the Organizer and travel must take place and be completed between January 1, 2024 and September 1, 2024, inclusive. If the winner and travel companion are unable or unwilling to travel on the dates specified, the Grand Prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Hotel bookings cannot be canceled or transferred. Any no-shows will be credited against the Grand Prize. The Grand Prize is not redeemable for other products, services, or monetary value and any portion of the Prize that is not used is forfeited. A Grand Prize may not be assigned or transferred.

xi. Travel companions must be 18 years of age or older as of the date of check-in and will be required to provide valid travel documents. Travel prizes are subject to terms and conditions of travel service providers. Certain restrictions and black-out dates may apply.

xii. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the travel component Grand Prize is unknown at this time as it is directly influenced by: (1) the location where the winner of the Grand Prize will be traveling from; (2) the location in Europe the winner will choose to travel to. The ARV will be disclosed when the winner, their location and chosen destination have been determined. The ARV of the Grand Prize is subject to fluctuations in airfare and the value may vary depending on the location of the departure city. Any difference in the stated ARV and the actual value of the Grand Prize will not be awarded.

d. Bonus Prize

i. A transfer of 7 777 USD (seven thousand seven hundred and seventy seven U.S. dollars) to Your Printify Balance will be awarded to two (2) winners.

ii. To be eligible for the Bonus Prize you must complete at least one of the Challenges of the Campaign. For completing each of the Challenges you will receive Chips. 

iii. The Bonus Prize will be awarded to the second and third randomly selected Participant at the end of the Campaign Period (after selecting the winner of the Grand Prize). Your chances of winning the Bonus Prize correspond to the total number of Chips You have accumulated during the Campaign Period. One Chip equals one entry into the Bonus Prize selection pool.

iv. The random draw for the Bonus Prize will take place on November 6, 2023. After the random draw the winner will be announced on the Organizers website and will receive a confirmation email from the Organizer within 2 business days.

v. To receive the Bonus Prize the winner must submit a signed Winners Release within 5 business days after being contacted by the Organizer. If the randomly selected winner does not respond to the aforementioned email within 5 business days and does not submit a signed copy of the Winners Release, the Organizer will conduct another random draw to determine a new winner. This process may be repeated until there is a winner who complies with the requirements to receive the Bonus Prize.

vi. After the Organizer has received the signed Winners Release from the winning Participant, Printify Rewards amounting to 7 777 USD (seven thousand seven hundred and seventy seven U.S. dollars) will be transferred to Your Printify Balance within 5 business days.

21. Rewards Wallet – the winners of the New Signup Prize and the Top Performer Prize, the awarded sum will be transferred to Your Printify Rewards Wallet on November 7, 2023. Prizes added to the Rewards Wallet are used to cover up to 20% of each individual Printify order’s value, excluding shipping and tax. The 20% discount will be automatically applied to every Printify order until the reward is depleted. Once the total Prize amount is depleted, the next order will not receive the 20% discount. If the total discount amount is not spent in the current month, the remaining amount will be carried over to the following month until it is depleted.

22. Printify Balance – the winners of the Grand Prize and the Bonus Prize will receive their Prize as a transfer to their Printify Balance. For additional information on how payments work on Printify and Printify Balance, please refer to Section I of the Printify Terms of Service (available at https://printify.com/terms-of-service/#menu-payment). 

23. None of the Prizes can be withdrawn from the winner’s Printify Rewards Wallet or Printify Balance. The winner may only use U.S. dollars as the currency. If the winner uses a different currency for billing or invoicing, the Printify Rewards Wallet and Printify balance will be disabled, and the awarded Prizes cannot be used.

24. Prizes are not transferable. No substitution or cash redemption of any Prize, or any portion thereof, is allowed, except at the sole discretion of the Organizer. Organizer reserves the right to substitute any Prize with another prize of equal or greater value. Organizer is not responsible for any inability of any winner to accept or use any Prize (or portion thereof) for any reason. No more than the stated Prize(s) will be awarded. Winner is solely responsible for all unspecified costs and expenses associated with Prize acceptance and use. Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty, representation or guarantee of any kind by the Organizer. Transfer of Prize is not permitted without the permission of the Organizer which may be granted or withheld in its sole discretion and without liability of any kind. A Prize value as stated represents the Organizer’s good faith determination of approximate retail value of prizes.

E. Privacy Policy

25. By participating in the Campaign You agree that the Organizer as the data controller will process your personal data (full name, place of residence and email address) in accordance with applicable personal data protection laws. Personal data will be collected, processed, and used to process the Campaign  under the rules of the Terms stipulated herein. Purposes of data processing include organizing the Campaign, completion of Challenges, communication with the participant, selection of the winners, announcement of winners on Printify’s social media accounts and awarding the Prizes. 

26. Your data will be processed based on:

a. Your consent, which you can withdraw by contacting the Organizer at [email protected]. 

b. The Organizer’s legitimate interests, such as the promotion of the Organizer’s brand and other marketing purposes, as well as detecting fraud, abuse, other malicious activities, and/or enforcing or defending the Organizer’s legal rights.

c. Provision of your personal data is voluntary but failure to provide the aforementioned personal data will automatically exclude you from participation in the Campaign. Your personal data will be retained as long as necessary for the aforementioned purposes, and as long as there is legal basis for data processing. If you withdraw your consent, your date will be deleted if it is not required to enforce or defend the Organizer’s legal rights. Please see the Organizer’s Privacy Policy (available at https://printify.com/privacy-policy/) for details regarding the sharing of personal data with third parties, rights of the data subject, and information security.

Six weeks. We begin on September 25 and end on November 5, 2023.

Registered Printify users. Fill in the form, agree to the JackPOD T&Cs, and you’re ready to go. If the sign-up is successful, we’ll send you a confirmation email.

New Signups Lottery: Every week, we will draw 100 newly-registered sellers to win $100 in Printify credit.

Top Performer Prize: We’ll also give a weekly reward of $300 in Printify credit to 10 sellers who collected the most chips in the previous week.

After six weeks we’ll host the Grand Prize Lottery which will have 1 lucky winner winning $7,777 and an all-inclusive trip to Europe (including a visit to Printify HQ in Riga) and 2 more lucky winners winning $7,777 each.

For a shot at the Grand Prize, you need to complete challenges and get as many chips as you can. The more chips you have, the bigger your chance of winning.

If you have signed up for JackPOD, you will receive weekly email updates with what challenges you’ve completed and how many chips you’ve collected in the given week, as well as your total number of chips collected.

You can sign up for JackPOD anytime during the campaign, but we encourage you to sign up as soon as possible so that you can collect as many Chips as you can.
