PRINTIFY GAMIFICATION PROGRAM

A. General

1. The Program is open to registered Printify users who meet the eligibility requirements in Section B. Exclusions apply.
2. The Program starts when Printify first makes it available and continues until Printify ends it (“Program Period”). Printify may pause, modify or end the Program, in whole or in part, at any time. Missions and Points are not tied to a weekly cycle; a Merchant completes Mission steps and earns Points at their own pace.
3. Printify reserves the right to at its sole discretion, at any time, and upon its own judgment to modify these Terms, Mission content and steps, Point values, Reward Center prices and the Reward catalogue, or any other aspects of the Program.
4. All relevant Printify terms, including, but not limited to the Printify Terms of Service (available at https://printify.com/terms-of-service/), together with the Privacy Policy (available at https://printify.com/privacy-policy/), and Intellectual Property Policy (available at https://printify.com/intellectual-property-policy/), apply to these Terms and those participating in the Program. In case of any conflict, these Terms shall prevail.
5. You understand and acknowledge that the Organizer is not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries incurred during or as a result of participating in the Program. You participate or engage in the Program at Your own risk. In no event shall the Organizer, its officers, directors, agents, affiliates, employees, advertisers, or providers be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of profits, or loss of data You may incur as a result of participating in the Program.
6. The Program is intended to encourage consistent engagement with Printify’s platform (including publishing, promotion and sales activity) and is provided for engagement purposes only. Printify makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee that participation in the Program will result in increased sales, revenue, profits, store growth, or any other commercial outcome. Any results achieved by other Merchants participating in the Program are not indicative of what You may experience. Your results will depend on factors outside Printify's control, including but not limited to Your store setup, products, marketing efforts, and market conditions.
7. You agree to indemnify and hold Printify and its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, and providers harmless from any and all claims, demands, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of Your breach of these Terms or Your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.
8. These Terms and the underlying agreement between the Parties are exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, U.S.A., without giving effect to such state’s choice-of-law rules that may require the application of the laws of another jurisdiction. Each party, acting for itself and its successors and assigns, hereby expressly and irrevocably consents that any disputes, controversies, or claims arising out of or in connection with this agreement, or the breach thereof, shall be finally settled subject to the claimant’s choice either by arbitration administered by the International Centre for Dispute Resolution in accordance with its International Arbitration Rules, such arbitration shall be seated in New York, or by the courts of Delaware, as well as the United States District Court for the District of Delaware.
9. If Printify incurs any chargebacks, disputes, reversals, or other charges that Printify may have incurred due to causes attributable to You in respect to Your account, we reserve the right to:
   1. Charge You for the relevant amounts incurred.
   2. Set off any positive balance in Your account against any amounts You owe.
10. Violation of any term applicable to the Program, including, in particular, these Terms, will automatically lead to Printify voiding its offers, canceling rewards, reclaiming previously awarded rewards, or reversing any payments and/or discounts. The determination of whether a particular User or an account has violated terms applicable to the Program shall remain at Printify's exclusive and sole discretion. At any time, Printify may reclaim any rewards awarded in error. The decision on reclaiming awards shall be final and undisputable. Without limiting the foregoing, Printify has identified the following as examples of conduct that constitutes gaming the Program and is not permitted: completing recurring Mission steps with no genuine commercial intent to generate repeatable Points; placing an order with oneself or a connected party to trigger the first-order or speed-bonus Reward; and accumulating Points across multiple stores for the purpose of reaching a Reward threshold faster than a single-store Merchant could. This list is illustrative, not exhaustive.
11. By participating in the Program, you confirm that you have read and fully understand these Terms and you agree to be bound by them and by all of Printify’s decisions on Program matters, which are final and binding.

B. Eligibility

12. To be eligible to participate in the Program, registered Printify Users must meet all of the following criteria (each a "Merchant"). The Merchant:
    1. has completed Printify’s merchant onboarding process;
    2. has connected a sales channel integration to their Printify account that Printify designates as eligible for the Program, as shown in their dashboard;
    3. has been presented with the applicable Program feature(s) in their Printify dashboard. Enrollment is automatic once a Merchant meets the Eligibility Criteria; no separate opt-in action, registration step, or invitation is required unless Printify states otherwise for a particular feature;
    4. is not otherwise excluded under these Terms; and
    5. was registered with Printify on or after the date on which the applicable Program feature became available to new Merchants, and has been enabled for that feature under Printify’s internal feature controls (“Eligibility Criteria”).
13. The Program is open globally, subject to local laws and regulations.
14. A Merchant is excluded from the Program if: (i) their Printify account is suspended, restricted or terminated, or they are in material breach of the Printify Terms of Service; (ii) they are located in, ordinarily resident in, or owned or controlled by a person located in, a country or territory subject to comprehensive sanctions, or they appear on a sanctions list that applies to Printify; or (iii) Printify reasonably believes they have engaged in fraud or conduct described in these Terms as gaming the Program.
15. Not all Program features (including Missions, Points, the Reward Center) are available to all Merchants at the same time. Availability depends on registration date, connected sales channel, Printify’s feature rollout, testing and eligibility controls, and this is not a commitment by Printify to make any feature available to any Merchant generally.
16. You must be at least 18 (eighteen) years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
17. Printify accounts may never be created or used in someone else’s name, business name, or address. Printify may request the completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation to verify the details in the User's account before awarding any rewards.
18. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse any entry and disqualify any participant who does not meet with the Eligibility Criteria. Non-compliance with the Eligibility Criteria and exclusions result in automatic disqualification.
19. Participation in the Program is entirely voluntary. Merchants incur no obligation to participate and may discontinue participation at any time simply by refraining from completing Program tasks or redeeming rewards.

C. How the Program Works

Missions

20. Where enabled for you, Printify presents Missions in your dashboard: named groups of ordered steps (for example, setting up your store, reaching a product count, or promoting your store), each with its own card and optional guidance panel. Recurring Missions repeat on an ongoing basis once the initial Missions are complete. Printify may add, remove, reorder, or change the content of any Mission, including any template text, guidance, or linked third-party offers it contains, at its sole discretion and at any time.
21. Some Mission steps provide template text (for example, store policies or stated delivery times) for you to publish on your own storefront. That template text is provided as a generic starting point only, is not legal, tax or financial advice, and you are solely responsible for adapting it to your actual business practices and for your own compliance with consumer protection, data protection and other applicable law in the markets where you sell.

Points

22. Completing a Mission step or an entire Mission, and reaching certain other milestones Printify designates from time to time (for example registration, ordering a sample), earns Points. The current Points schedule is displayed in your dashboard and is variable and set by Printify at its sole discretion.
23. Points accumulate in a single balance at the Merchant (user) level, across all of the stores connected to that Merchant’s Printify account.
24. Points have no cash value, cannot be purchased, exchanged for cash, or transferred between Merchants or accounts, and may only be spent in the Reward Center as described in Section E.
25. Points do not expire. Disconnecting a store does not reduce your Points balance, which stays linked to your Printify account. If your Printify account is closed, whether by you or by Printify, any unspent Points are forfeited and cannot be reinstated, transferred or redeemed for cash.

Reward Center

26. The Reward Center is where You spend accumulated Points on Rewards. Rewards are not granted automatically: You choose which Reward to redeem and when, and may redeem the same Reward repeatedly for as long as Your Points balance allows. The current Reward catalogue and prices are displayed in Your dashboard, and both are variable and may change at Printify’s sole discretion.
27. Although Points accumulate at the Merchant (user) level across all connected stores, each Reward is redeemed at, and applies to, a single store or account, as specified for that Reward. Redeeming a Reward at one store does not entitle You to an equivalent Reward at any other connected store.

D. Participation Requirements

28. To earn Points you must, during the Program Period, be eligible under Section B and have the applicable Program feature(s) presented in Your Printify dashboard. Enrollment is automatic; no separate opt-in action is required.
29. We may exclude Mission steps, or any other Points-earning action that appears fraudulent, incomplete, or in violation of Printify’s policies, including the conduct described in Section A. Our assessment of goal or Mission completion is final and not subject to appeal.
30. The number of Points You can earn in a Week may be capped. Printify may change the cap prospectively. Points above the cap are not awarded.

E. Points, Rewards and the Reward Center

31. Rewards are redeemed from the Reward Center by spending Points, rather than granted automatically on reaching a milestone. The Reward catalogue and prices are set by Printify and displayed in the dashboard. Printify may change this catalogue, any Reward’s Point price, or add or remove Rewards, at its sole discretion and at any time, without retroactively removing a Reward you have already redeemed.
32. Printify reserves the right to substitute any Reward with one of equal or greater value, or to change its Point price in the Reward Center, at any time.
33. Rewards have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash, exchanged, or transferred to another person or account, except at Printify’s sole discretion. The same applies to Points: Points have no cash value and are not transferable between Merchants or accounts.
34. Rewards will not be combined with other rebates of promotional programs unless expressly stated by Printify.
35. You are solely responsible for any costs associated with accepting or using a Reward that are not expressly covered by these Terms, including but not limited to applicable taxes, shipping costs beyond those covered by Printify, and import duties. Where required by law, we may ask you to complete tax documentation before a Reward is issued.
36. Printify is not responsible for any inability of a participant to accept, access, or use a Reward for any reason.
37. Printify reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or adjust Points or Rewards obtained through the conduct described in Section A (including recurring Mission farming, first-order farming, and multi-store Points accumulation used to reach a Reward threshold faster than a single-store Merchant could), on notice to the Merchant where practicable.

F. Release of Liability and Winner Acknowledgements

38. By participating in the Program and accepting the Reward, you, on behalf of yourself and your heirs, successors, and assigns, release and hold harmless Printify and its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers ("Released Parties") from any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to:
    1. Your participation in the Program, including Missions, Points, the Reward Center, and, where enabled;
    2. The acceptance, receipt, possession, use, or misuse of any Reward;
    3. Any error, omission, or interruption in Program administration;
    4. Any technical failure, system outage, or data loss affecting the Program;
    5. Any injury, loss, or damage of any kind caused in connection with or resulting from participation in the Program or use of any Reward.
39. You acknowledge that the Released Parties have no obligation to maintain the Program for any minimum period and that it may be modified, suspended, or ended without notice or liability.
40. You acknowledge that, to the extent permitted by applicable law, by accepting a Reward you waive any right to claim that the Reward is inadequate, unsuitable, or different from what was described, and agree to accept the Reward in its delivered form.
41. Printify reserves the right to disqualify anyone found to be tampering with the Program, acting in bad faith, gaming the reward system, including but not limited to artificially inflating Program activity with no genuine commercial intent, or violating these Terms or applicable law. We reserve the right to pursue legal remedies against any such participant.
42. If the Program is compromised by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to technical failures, unauthorized interference, or fraud, we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate it, and where applicable to issue outstanding Rewards to eligible Participants based on records prior to the disrupting event.

G. Privacy

43. The Merchants data (including personal data) is processed on the basis of the Organizer's legitimate interests, such as the promotion of the Organizer's brand, product visibility, improvements and communication relating to the Program.
