Flat Pricing Experiment Terms & Conditions

A. Definitions

These terms are used throughout the Flat Shipping Cashback Program (“Program”) Terms and Conditions (“Terms”):

  • “User,” “You,” and “Your” refers to the individual person, company, or organization that has visited or is using Printify services; that accesses or uses any part of the account; or that directs the use of the account in the performance of its functions.
  • “Merchant” refers to an individual person, company, or organization using Printify services and participating in this Campaign.
  • “Order sent to production” refers to an order that has successfully reached the print provider after Printify has charged the User. Once an Order has been sent to production, the User can no longer edit the details of the Order or cancel it.
  • Any term not defined herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the Printify Terms of Service (available at https://printify.com/terms-of-service/).

B. General

  1. The Program is open to a limited number of Users for Printify’s marketing strategies and tactics test purposes.
  2. The Program commences on Nov 1, 2024, at 12:00 AM Pacific Time, and ends on Dec 31, 2024.
  3. Printify reserves the right at its sole discretion and upon its own judgment at any time to modify these Terms, any content, rules, and reward conditions, especially in case of any errors, fraud, or unauthorized interference that are beyond Printify’s control and may jeopardize the security and fairness of the Program. Printify reserves the right to cancel the Program without stating any reason, at any time. This Program is available for a limited time only and may be terminated at any time without notice at Printify’s sole discretion. 
  4. Printify Terms of Service (available at https://printify.com/terms-of-service/) together with the Privacy Policy (available at https://printify.com/privacy-policy/) and Intellectual Property Policy (available at https://printify.com/intellectual-property-policy/) are applicable to these Terms. In case of any conflict between these Terms and any other Printify policy, these Terms shall prevail during the Timeframe of Program.
  5. These Terms come into force as of August 1, 2024.

C. Program rules

  1. Participants of this Program are eligible to, during the Timeframe of Program, get reduced shipping prices (“Cashback”) for selected multi-line orders from selected Print Providers and product categories. One order should include items from only one Print Provider  to apply to the Program. 
  2. The Cashback amount depends on the number of orders sent to production and item combinations of these orders during the Timeframe of Program. Please find the detailed cashback amounts in a Program rules. 
  3. The Cashbackwill be transferred to Your Printify Rewards wallet as credits from January 1st 2025 until January 15th 2025.
  4. After the end of the Timeframe of Program subsequent orders will be charged at the usual Printify shipping rate: https://printify.com/shipping-rates/

D. Eligibility and entry restrictions

  1. This Program is exclusively available to selected Users only, and participation is by email invitation only. The invitation is non-transferable and cannot be shared with anyone else. If You have not received an email invitation, You are not eligible to participate in this Program.
  2. To enroll in the Program, the User needs to accept these Terms via the form, provided in the invitation email sent by the Printify team. These Terms apply to a User once the User has enrolled in the Program. The User shall have the right to opt-out from participation in the Program by sending an email to [email protected] at any time and for any reason indicating desire to opt-out from the Program. The User will not be allowed to re-enroll in the Program after opting out.
  3. By participating in this Program, You agree to maintain the confidentiality of all marketing materials, strategies, and tactics that You have access to as part of this Program. You agree not to share, copy, or distribute any of this information to anyone else.
  4. Only one Printify account per User may qualify. If Printify has reasonable grounds to suspect that the same User is benefiting more than once from the offer, Printify may at its own exclusive discretion decide to cancel any awards and void any offers.  
  5. Violation of any rule or regulation applicable to the Program, including in particular these Terms, will automatically lead to Printify voiding its offers, canceling rewards, or reversing any payments and/or discounts granted as part of the Program. The determination of whether a particular User or an account has violated terms applicable to the Program shall remain at Printify’s exclusive and sole discretion. Printify may at any time reclaim any reward amounts that have been awarded in error or at Printify’s discretion for any reason deemed valid by Printify. The decision on reclaiming awards shall be final and undisputable.
  6. If Printify incurs any chargebacks, disputes, reversals, or other charges that Printify may have incurred due to causes attributable to You in respect to Your account, we reserve the right to:
     a. Charge you for the relevant amounts incurred.
     b. Set off any positive balance in your account against any amounts owed by you.

E. Personal data processing

Participants are aware that for the execution and performance of the Program, participants’ personal data (e.g. email, full name, and last name) will be processed by Printify. By accepting the e-mail invitation and by participating in the Program, Program participant consents and is informed that their Personal data will be collected, processed, and used in compliance with the rules of the Terms stipulated herein and terms of the applicable data protection regulations.  For more information please refer to our Privacy Policy or reach out at [email protected].
