What Is the Printify Experts Program?
This program gathers qualified professionals in fields such as digital marketing, graphic design, customer service, storefront set-up, and content creation. We aim to create a database where these experts, with their experience and services, will be made available for hire. The goal is to help any merchant consult with an expert that fits their needs and boost their print-on-demand business operations with the right strategy. All professionals are thoroughly vetted and handpicked by Printify. It is free to apply for the program and browse the experts’ database.
The program is for experts with a proven track record working in digital marketing and specializing in SEO, traffic optimization, Google Ads and Analytics, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Etsy keyword optimization, re-branding, graphic designers, illustrators, customer support specialists, experienced specialists in storefront set-up (Shopify, Wix, WooCommerce, PrestaShop, BigCommerce and standalone shops) and audit, and experts in finance with knowledge of sales tax or VAT. If your field of expertise is not listed but you believe your advice could be beneficial to our merchants, please contact us.
We are looking for a range of specialists in digital marketing, graphic design, customer support, and finance to join the Experts Program. Please use the contact form and submit the required information regarding your business: your field of expertise, previous experience, customer testimonials, and/ or portfolio. We will review your application and get back to you with further steps. If you are a freelancer, do not hesitate to apply.
We try to review all applications within 5 working days, though it might require more time if the submission lacks some information or in case of additional questions. We will inform you either way.

Reach out to a few to check if they are available and want to commit to completing the tasks you have in mind. Please note that reaching out to an expert does not yet mean that you engage them in a job.
Currently, we have experts offering advice in digital marketing, graphic designers who can help you with the creation of graphic identity and designs for your print-on-demand products, content creators, and storefront set-up specialists. Browse some literature and familiarize yourself with the technical teams related to your job. Make sure you define a budget, timeline, and the results you expect from the expert. Make sure to clearly communicate these and agree on details with your chosen expert. You should also agree on the payment terms with the expert and whether you will pay a fixed price or an hourly rate.
The expert you hired will issue an invoice for you to pay. This should be done once the job is completed.
Please reach out to the expert with your feedback and concerns, and check if the job can be re-done. In case the expert refuses, you can request a refund. Please note that Printify does not get involved in the dispute resolution process. You can report your experience with an expert to us and we will re-evaluate the expert’s participation in the program.
