ArtsAdd holiday closures

Our Print Provider, ArtsAdd, has shared their upcoming holiday schedule. Production and shipping times will be longer during these periods.

• Mid-Autumn Festival: Office and factory closed Sept 25–27.
• National Day Holiday: Factory closed Oct 1–4, office closed Oct 1–5.

Shipping carriers may also see slight delays during this window. Please account for these dates when setting fulfillment expectations, and let your customers know if their orders may arrive later than usual.

merchOne now only ships canvas products within the US. International orders will no longer be fulfilled. To keep selling these items outside the US, switch your designs to an alternative product from our Catalog.

On August 27, prices will change for many products across our catalog, along with shipping rates.

We work closely with our partners to offer competitive pricing, which often results in lower costs and higher profit margins for you – our number one priority. For many products, prices have held steady for a long time, and some have come down this year.

However, there are times when increases become unavoidable, driven by changes beyond our control: production costs have risen across many of our partners, and the cost of shipping has increased both in the US and worldwide.

SwiftPOD San Jose – Order delay resolved

A technical issue at SwiftPOD’s San Jose facility temporarily slowed packaging, causing some orders to remain in “Pre-transit” longer than expected. Production continued normally at all other SwiftPOD facilities throughout.

The issue’s been fully resolved. As of June 24, the packaging backlog’s been cleared, and all affected orders have been shipped. Tracking will continue to update as carriers scan packages.

No action is needed – your orders will update automatically.

On June 4, we’ll update product and shipping rates for select Print Providers.

Shipping Service Update

Shipping is temporarily suspended for items destined to the following countries due to logistics impacts resulting from the conflict in the Middle East.

Affected destinations:

• Algeria (DZ)
• Djibouti (DJ)
• Eritrea (ER)
• Madagascar (MG)

We are closely monitoring the situation and will resume services to these destinations once carrier operations and logistics routes are restored.

Chinese New Year facility closures

Our Print Providers in China will be closed for the Chinese New Year holiday. Please plan your orders accordingly to avoid delays.

Artsadd: Fully closed Feb 16-22.

Smart Printee: Closed starting Feb 13. Orders placed in early February will ship late February, with full fulfillment resuming in early March.

Printdoors: Closed Feb 10-21. Submit orders before Feb 10 for timely fulfillment.

Sunfly: Fully closed Feb 2-Mar 2.

Please submit orders as early as possible, and inform your customers if needed. We’ll share updates if anything changes.

Weather-Related Operational Update

Due to severe weather conditions over the weekend, including heavy snow and extreme cold, some production facilities are operating with reduced working hours.

Shipping carriers have also warned of transportation and delivery disruptions caused by snow, ice, high winds, and power outages in affected regions. As a result, some orders may experience delays.

We’re monitoring the situation closely and will share updates if anything changes.

Mail and parcels destined for several parts of Europe and the UK may be delayed due to extreme weather conditions. The affected countries include Spain, France, Italy, Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, Croatia, Slovenia, Hungary, and the UK.

SLA updates for District Photo

Due to high order volumes and bad weather conditions, District Photo has updated the SLAs for several products:

• Pillows: +2 days
• Mugs: +2 days
• Ornaments: +1 day
• Books: +1 day
• Puzzles: +2 days
• Calendars: +1 day

Some additional items may also experience delays of +1 to +2 days. Thank you for your understanding as District Photo works hard to manage increased demand and give orders the best chance of arriving on time.

Winter weather in the Northern Plains, Great Lakes, Ohio Valley, and Northeastern U.S. (Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio, Virginia, West Virginia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, Maryland, District of Columbia, New York, New Jersey, Vermont, Connecticut, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, and Maine) may impact the processing, transportation, and delivery of mail and packages for USPS.

Winter weather in parts of the Midwest, Great Lakes, Ohio Valley, Northeastern U.S., and Washington State (including Gary, Detroit, Indianapolis, Chicago, North Chicago, Madison, Milwaukee, Minneapolis, Grand Rapids, Lansing, Toledo, Akron, Cleveland, Columbus, Meadville, Pittsburgh, Wilkes-Barre, Albany, Binghamton, Syracuse, Buffalo, Rochester, Boston, and surrounding areas) may impact the processing, transportation, and delivery of OnTrac packages. Localised delays are expected at branch locations.

A severe winter storm in Ontario and Quebec has caused heavy snowfall and hazardous travel conditions, resulting in delays to ground transportation across Canada for Asendia. Shipments moving through the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), Ottawa, and Montreal may experience slower processing and transit times as crews continue clearing major routes. Final-mile partner carriers remain operational when safe to do so, and additional delays may occur over the next several days as cleanup efforts continue.

2025 Holiday season order cutoff dates announced

We’re sharing the suggested order submission deadlines for the 2025 holiday season to help ensure your orders arrive by December 24.

You can find all holiday cutoff dates for each Print Provider and region on our dedicated page.

Please use these dates with caution. These are the suggested submission deadlines for orders to be delivered by December 24. However, due to the busy season and shipping carriers experiencing operational issues, some orders may still be delayed.

To avoid last-minute issues, we recommend submitting orders as early as possible and regularly checking the Network Fulfillment Status page for any updates.

Temporary shipping surcharge on US orders now in effect

Starting today through January 17, 2026, a $0.40 surcharge is applied to all orders with a US destination address placed through Printify, across all shipping methods. This doesn’t apply to orders with a TikTok Shop shipping label. This adjustment reflects peak season surcharges introduced by US carriers like USPS and DHL to handle increased holiday demand.

Restrictions on orders destined for Russia and payments with cards issued by Russian banks

Most major shipping carriers (such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, and others) have suspended shipments to and from Russia. Therefore, all Printify orders with a delivery destination in Russia have been placed on hold, with the status “Has issues: Shipping restrictions”.

Also, as key Russian banks have been excluded from SWIFT as part of sanctions against the Kremlin’s invasion of Ukraine, payments on Printify made with cards issued by Russian banks will be declined.

Printify does not have any print partners located in Russia, so no other operations are affected.
