PRINTIFY AMPLIFIED 2026 – Terms and conditions

Before registering for or attending the Printify Amplified 2026 event, please read these Terms and conditions (“Terms”) carefully. These terms and conditions govern the in-person event attendee, speaker, online attendee, or participant in any other capacity (“Participant”) registration for and participation in the Printify Amplified 2026 event (“Event”), organized by Printify, Inc. (“Organizer”).

You confirm your agreement to the Terms by registering for the Event (either in-person or online) and/or upon your attendance or access to any part of the Event, at which point this document becomes a legally binding contract between the Organizer and the Participant.

A. General

Event Overview and Registration

  1. The Event will take place in Dallas, Texas and in part online on April 9th 2026 from 09:30 am CT to 09:30 pm CT. The Event will be conducted primarily in person, with selected portions of the Event also made available online exclusively to eligible Printify Sellers Club members (“Sellers Club Members”).
  2. The in-person Event is free of charge and includes, but is not limited to, talks, workshops, networking sessions, and on-site catering, including food and beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic). The Sellers Club Members may access live-streamed or recorded sessions at the Organizer’s sole discretion.
  3. In-person participation is by invitation only. Eligible merchants will receive an email invitation containing a link to the Event landing page. Registration must be completed via the Eventbrite widget accessible through the “Secure my spot” link. A valid ticket issued via Eventbrite is required for entry and will be scanned at the door.
  4. Attendance at the in-person Event is limited to a maximum of 125 (one hundred twenty-five) merchants. Registration is granted on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to eligibility verification and Organizer approval. The Organizer reserves the right to accept or reject registrations at its sole discretion.
  5. Access to the online Event is limited exclusively to active Sellers Club Members in good standing at the time of the Event. The Organizer reserves the right to verify Sellers Club membership status and to revoke access at its sole discretion. Online access credentials are personal, non-transferable, and may not be shared.

Participant Conduct & Responsibilities

  1. Participants are responsible for complying with all Event policies, guidelines, and instructions provided by the Organizer. By registering for or attending the Event (in-person or online), Participants agree to these Terms without modification and enter into a binding contract with the Organizer.
  2. Participants are responsible for their own actions and behaviour during the Event. They must comply with applicable laws and regulations and respect the rights, safety, and privacy of others, whether participating in person or online.
  3. Participants are responsible for any content they share, contribute, or post during the Event. Content shared should be appropriate, respectful, and in compliance with applicable laws, copyrights, and intellectual property rights and Terms.
  4. Participants are expected to engage in respectful and professional behaviour throughout the duration of the Event. Harassment, discrimination, intoxication-related misconduct, disruption of sessions (including in chat or virtual tools), or any form of abusive behaviour towards other Participants or Event staff is strictly prohibited. Unacceptable conduct and language may include, but is not limited to, the nature and manner of communications, uninvited contact or following, and unwelcome sexual attention, among others. The Organizer reserves the right to remove any Participant from the Event premises or revoke online access at its sole discretion.
  5. Participants are responsible for maintaining the security of their own devices, accounts, and login credentials used to access the Event or any platform hosted by the Organizer for the purposes of the Event. Sharing login credentials or providing unauthorized access to third parties is prohibited.

Travel, Health & Technical Matters

  1. Food and beverages, including alcoholic beverages, may be served during the in-person Event. In-person Participants acknowledge and agree that:
  1. They consume any food or beverages at their own risk;
  2. They are solely responsible for informing themselves of any food allergies, dietary restrictions, or medical conditions;
  3. The Organizer does not guarantee that any food or beverage is free from allergens;
  4. Participants are solely responsible for their own decision to consume alcoholic beverages and must comply with all applicable laws regarding alcohol consumption;
  5. The Organizer shall not be liable for any health issues, allergic reactions, injuries, damages, or losses arising from consumption of food and/or beverages at the Event.
  1. Alcoholic beverages will be served at the in-person Event beginning at around 4:00 pm CT (during the later portion of the Event). Only Participants who are 21 (twenty one) years of age or older may remain on the Event premises once alcohol service begins. Participants who are under 21 (twenty one) years of age will be required to leave the Event premises before alcohol service begins.
  2. The Organizer will verify the age and identity of Participants upon entry to the Event premises by requesting a valid government-issued identification document (passport, national identity card). The Organizer reserves the right to deny entry or request that a Particiapnt leave the premises if age verification cannot be completed or if a Participants does not comply with these requirements.  
  3. In-person Participants may be required to review and sign an ackowledgment, consent form, or liability disclaimer provided by the Organizer prior to entering the Event venue. Failure or refusal to sign such documentation may result in denial of entry to the Event or removal from the Event premises at the Organizer’s sole discretion.
  4. In-person Participants are responsible for arranging and covering their own travel, accommodation, insurance, and any other costs associated with attending the Event, unless expressly stated or informed otherwise.
  5. Online Participants are responsible for ensuring they have adequate internet connectivity, compatible devices, and technical capability to access the online Event. The Organizer does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free streaming or access and shall not be liable for technical issues beyond its reasonable control.
  6. Participants understand and acknowledge that the Organizer is not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries incurred during or as a result of participating in the Event (whether in-person or online). Participants attend or engage in the Event at their own risk.

General Legal Provisions

  1. The Organizer reserves the right to revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will be made available on the Organizer’s website or otherwise communicated. The “Last Updated” date at the top of the Terms reflects the date of the last modification. By registering for or attending the Event Participants agree to the latest version of the Terms.
  2. These Terms and the underlying agreement between the Parties are exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Delaware, U.S.A. without giving effect to such state’s choice-of-law rules that may require the application of the laws of another jurisdiction. Each Party, acting for itself and its successors and assigns, hereby expressly and irrevocably consents that any disputes, controversies or claims arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, or the breach thereof, shall be finally settled subject to the claimant’s choice either by arbitration administered by the International Centre for Dispute Resolution in accordance with its International Arbitration Rules, such arbitration shall be seated the in the New York, or by the courts of Delaware, as well as the United States District Court for the District of Delaware.

B. Privacy Policy

  1. By registering for or attending the Event (in-person or online), Participants acknowledge and agree that their personal data will be processed in accordance with the Organizer’s Privacy Policy (available at: https://printify.com/privacy-policy/).
  2. By registering for or attending the Event Participants hereby give voluntary and knowing consent to Organizer to film, produce, make video and/or develop electronic recordings of the Event that may at times include the Participants (i.e., the Organizer may record the visual image and audio of Participants, including questions asked by the Participants).
  3. Any content Participants share or create in connection with the Event or any information Participants share with Organizer or other Participants during Event or in any post-Event surveys or feedback is not considered confidential.
  4. Organizer may collect personal information from Participants, including but not limited to:
    1. Name, contact details (such as email address, phone number), and professional information (such as job title, company name) provided during registration.
    2. Information shared during the Event, such as questions, comments, or survey responses.
    3. Technical information automatically collected, including IP address, device information, and browser type.
  5. Personal data may be used for the following promotional purposes, including but not limited to:
    1. Communicate with Participants regarding the Event, including updates, schedule changes, or important announcements.
    2. Organize and deliver the Event.
    3. Provide access to Event materials, presentations, or recordings.
    4. Personalize the Event experience, including tailoring content or recommendations based on Participant preferences.
    5. Improve the Event, Organizer’s services, and understand Participant needs and interests.
    6. Conduct surveys, evaluations, or research related to the Event.
    7. Comply with legal obligations or protect Organizer’s rights and interests.
    8. Send promotional offers, newsletters, or marketing communications.
    9. Personalize Organizer’s content, recommendations, or advertisements.
    10. Conduct market research, analytics, and statistical analysis.
    11. Improve Organizer’s products, services, and website functionality.
    12. Any other legitimate promotional purposes of Organizer’s products.
  6. The legal basis for processing personal data includes the necessity for the performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, and the legitimate interests of the Organizer. Legitimate interests may involve processing data for purposes such as improving services, conducting market research, or ensuring the security and integrity of the Event. Where required by law, the processing of personal data may also be based on the Participant’s consent. If you require more detailed information about the specific legal basis for any particular processing activity, please contact us.
  7. Organizer may share personal data with:
    1. Organizer’s employees, agents, consultants and other affiliates, including Printify Development SIA.
    2. Third-party service providers who assist Organizer to organize the Event.
    3. Organizer’s business partners or affiliates for joint marketing or promotional activities, with Participant’s consent where required by law.
    4. Law enforcement agencies, regulatory authorities, or other third parties when necessary to comply with legal obligations, enforce Organizer’s rights, or protect the rights, property, or safety of individuals or others.
  8. Personal information may be shared in aggregated or anonymized form for statistical analysis, marketing, or promotional purposes.
  9. Participants have the right to:
    1. Access their personal data and request information about its usage.
    2. Rectify any inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
    3. Object to the data usage for promotional purposes.
    4. Ask Organizer supplementary information about:
      1. The categories of data Organizer is processing;
      2. The purposes of data processing;
      3. The categories of third parties to whom the data may be disclosed;
      4. How long the data will be stored (or the criteria used to determine that period);
    5. Participants can exercise these rights at any time by sending Organizer an email at [email protected]
  10. Organizer has physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information Organizer collects. Organizer operates on servers and cloud components that may be located at various jurisdictions and that comply with international standards. This access is limited to specific employees only and protected by 2-factor authentication.
  11. Organizer may use cookies and similar technologies to collect information and enhance Participants’ experience. By registering for or attending the Event, Participants consent to the use of cookies in accordance with Organizer’s Privacy Policy and Cookies policy available on Organizer’s website – https://printify.com/privacy-policy/.
  12. Personal data will be retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in these terms and conditions, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. The criteria used to determine the retention period include the nature of the personal data, the purposes for which it was collected, legal obligations, and our business needs.

C. Intellectual Property Policy

  1. All intellectual property rights in and to the Event, including materials, presentations, recordings, trademarks, streamed content, and downloadable materials, are owned by the Organizer or the respective speakers.
  2. Intellectual Property refers to any copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, or any other intellectual property rights protected by applicable laws.Organizer’s trademarks, logos, and service marks and those trademarks, logos, and service marks licensed to Organizer are registered and unregistered marks of Organizer.
  3. By participating in or attending the Event, Participants, sponsors, or other individuals or entities grant the Organizer a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and modify their intellectual property solely for the purposes of promoting the Event, future events organized by the Organizer or promotion of the Organizer’s products.
  4. Participants shall not use any intellectual property used in the Event protected by copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights without obtaining the necessary permission from the Organizer.
  5. The Organizer may grant permission to the Participant to use intellectual property (i.e., any materials, copyrights, trademarks) used in the Event for the purpose of promoting the Event. Unauthorized use of intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
  6. Participants, sponsors, or other individuals or entities hereby release and waive any claims, demands, or actions against the Organizer arising from the use or misuse of their intellectual property during or in relation to the Event.
  7. Participants shall maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information disclosed to them during the Event.

D. Cancellation and Refunds

  1. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, postpone, modify, or convert the Event (in whole or in part) to a fully online format at its sole discretion, without liability.
  2. In the event of cancellation or postponement, the Organizer will notify all Participants using the contact information provided at the time of registration and purchase. If the event is not rescheduled within 90 days of the original date, Participants will be informed accordingly. As tickets are free of charge, no refunds will be issued.
  3. The Event may be canceled or postponed for any reason, including but not limited to:
    1. Acts of nature, such as severe weather conditions, natural disasters, or epidemics/pandemics.
    2. Governmental regulations, orders, or restrictions.
    3. Availability of key speakers.
    4. Venue or online platform unavailability or unforeseen circumstances affecting Event logistics.
    5. Force majeure events or other unforeseen circumstances.
  4. The Organizer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the cancellation or postponement of the Event, including but not limited to financial losses, travel expenses, or inconvenience. Participants understand and acknowledge that the Organizer will not refund or compensate in case of cancellation of the Event.
  5. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel or replace a scheduled speaker at its sole discretion, without prior notice or liability.
  6. In the event of speaker cancellation or replacement, the Organizer will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Participants and attendees through the contact information provided at the time of purchase.
  7. A speaker may be cancelled or replaced due for any reason, including but not limited to:
    1. Unforeseen scheduling conflicts or personal emergencies.
    2. Illness, injury, or incapacitation.
    3. Technical issues.
    4. Force majeure events or other unforeseen circumstances.
  8. The Organizer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the cancellation or replacement of a speaker, including but not limited to disappointment, financial losses, or inconvenience.
  9. Participants understand and acknowledge that the selection and availability of speakers are subject to change, and the Organizer shall not be responsible for any damages or injuries incurred as a result.
  10. In the event of speaker cancellation or replacement, the Organizer may, at its sole discretion, explore alternative arrangements such as substituting with another speaker, rescheduling, or modifying the program. Participants acknowledge that such alternate arrangements are not guaranteed and are subject to the Organizer’s discretion and feasibility.
  11. The Organizer reserves the right to accept or reject registrations of any kind of Participants (including listeners). The Organizer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the rejection of Participants.

E. Giveaway

General

  1. The Travel Gift Card Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is organized by Printify, Inc. and takes place in connection with the in-person Event. No purchase is necessary to participate.
  2. The Giveaway takes place exclusively during the Printify Amplified Event 2026, and commences on February 27, 2026 at 3:00 PM (UTC) and concludes on April 8, 2026 at 11:59 pm (UCT), or upon the awarding of the 50 (fifty) Gift Cards to eligible Participants, whichever occurs first (“Giveaway Period”).
  3. The Organizer reserves the right to modify or cancel the Giveaway at its sole discretion. 
  4. The Printify Terms of Service (available at https://printify.com/terms-of-service/), together with the Privacy Policy (available at https://printify.com/privacy-policy/) and Intellectual Property Policy (available at https://printify.com/intellectual-property-policy/), apply to these Terms and those participating in the Giveaway. In case of any conflict, these Terms shall prevail.
  5. You understand and acknowledge that the Organizer is not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries incurred during or as a result of participating in the Giveaway. You participate or engage in the Giveaway at Your own risk. In no event shall the Organizer, its officers, directors, agents, affiliates, employees, advertisers, or providers be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of profits, or loss of data You may incur as a result of participating in the Giveaway.
  6. You agree to indemnify and hold Organizer and its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, and providers harmless from any and all claims, demands, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of Your breach of these Terms or Your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.
  7. If Organizer incurs any chargebacks, disputes, reversals, or other charges that Organizer may have incurred due to causes attributable to You in respect to Your account, we reserve the right to:
  1. Charge You for the relevant amounts incurred.
  2. Set off any positive balance in Your account against any amounts You owe.
  1. Violation of any term applicable to the Giveaway, including, in particular, these Terms, will automatically lead to Organizer voiding its offers, canceling rewards, or reversing any payments and/or discounts. The determination of whether a particular Participant or an account has violated terms applicable to the Giveaway shall remain at Organizer’s exclusive and sole discretion. At any time, the Organizer may reclaim any rewards awarded in error. The decision on reclaiming awards shall be final and indisputable.
  2. By participating in the Giveaway, you represent and warrant that you have read these Terms and are fully aware of and fully understand the contents of these Terms and you fully and unconditionally agree to and accept these Terms and the decisions of the Organizer, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway.

Giveaway rules

Eligibility Requirements

  1. The Giveaway is open exclusively to invited Participants who:
  1. Are registered Printify users in good standing;
  2. Complete registration for the in-person Event through the Eventbrite platform and attend the in-person Event in accordance with these Terms;
  3. Are at least 18 (eighteen) years old or the age of majority in their jurisdiction. 
  1. Employees of the Organizer, Guest Speakers, and Online-only participants are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway.
  2. Non-compliance with the eligibility rules and exclusions will lead to automatic disqualification. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse any entry that does not comply with the Eligibility Requirements of these Terms.
  3. The Organizer’s evaluation of the fulfilment of the Eligibility Requirements and Giveaway Requirements is final and not subject to appeal. Participants may withdraw their participation at any time by contacting the Organizer at the Printify, Inc. address or [email protected].
  4. Printify accounts may never be created or used in someone else’s name, business name, or address. The Organizer may request the completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation to verify the details in the user’s account before awarding any rewards.
  5. If You meet the Eligibility Requirements, You can elect to participate in the Giveaway at any time during the Giveaway Period.

Giveaway Requirements and Prize

  1. The first 50 (fifty) eligible merchants who successfully complete in-person Event registration via Eventbrite and complete the Typeform provided by the Organizer during the Giveaway Period (each a “Winner”) will each receive one $100 (one hundred U.S. dollars) digital gift card or $100 (one hundred U.S. dollars) sales credit on the Printify platform (“Prize”) to assist with travel expenses related to attending the Event, subject to verification and compliance with these Terms.
  2. Determination of the first 50 (fifty) eligible merchants shall be based on the timestamp of completed registration as recorded in the Eventbrite system. The Organizer’s determination of eligibility and registration order shall be final and binding.
  3. Each Winner will be notified via email within 2 (two) working days of completing registration that they have secured the Prize. The confirmation email will include a dedicated Typeform link through which the Winner must select their preferred Prize provider and submit the required information. The Winner must complete and submit the Typeform within 5 (five) business days from receipt of the confirmation email. Failure to do so may result, at the Organizer’s sole discretion, in forfeiture of the Prize and reallocation of the Prize to the next eligible merchant on the Event registration list, who shall then be designated as a Winner, subject to compliance with these Terms. If a Participant does not receive such confirmation email, they were not designated as a Winner and will not receive a Prize. 
  4. Each confirmed Winner will be required to select one of the following Prize providers:
  1. Hotels.com (for hotel reservations, including luxury and budget accommodations)
  2. Airbnb
  3. Southwest Airlines
  4. Delta Air Lines
  5. American Airlines
  6. Printify – $100 (one hundred U.S. dollars) sales credit redeemable on the Printify platform
  1. Upon confirmation of the Winner’s selected Prize provider, the applicable Prize will be delivered electronically to the Winner’s email address provided during Event registration within 4 (four) business days. The Organizer reserves the right to communicate an alternative delivery method if necessary.
  2. Where the Winner selects the Printify sales credit option, the Prize will be issued as a $100 (one hundred U.S. dollars) credit to the Winner’s Printify account and may be used in accordance with the Printify Terms of Service and applicable platform policies.
  3. If a Winner does not use or redeem the Prize by March 15, 2026, the Organizer may issue one reminder email. If the Prize remains unused by March 23, 2026, the Organizer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel the Prize and offer corresponding Prize to the next eligible merchant on the Event registration list, who shall then be designated as a Winner, subject to compliance with these Terms.
  4. Each Winner acknowledges and agrees that the Prize is provided solely to support travel and accommodation related to attending the Event. The Prize must be used exclusively for such purposes and only for services offered by the selected Prize provider. The Prize may not be used for unrelated travel, services and purchases. The Organizer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to revoke or cancel the Prize if it determines that the Prize has been used or is intended to be used for purposes unrelated to attendance at the Event or in a manner inconsistent with these Terms.
  5. Prizes are not transferable. No substitution or cash redemption of any Prize, or any portion thereof, is allowed, except at the sole discretion of the Organizer. Organizer reserves the right to substitute any Prize with another prize of equal or greater value. Organizer is not responsible for any inability of any winner to accept or use any Prize (or portion thereof) for any reason. No more than the stated Prize(s) will be awarded. Winner is solely responsible for all unspecified costs and expenses associated with Prize acceptance and use. Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty, representation or guarantee of any kind by the Organizer. Transfer of Prize is not permitted without the permission of the Organizer which may be granted or withheld in its sole discretion and without liability of any kind. A Prize value as stated represents the Organizer’s good faith determination of the approximate retail value of prizes.
  6. Potential Winner shall agree to conclude a contract with the Organizer outlining rights and obligations regarding obtaining the Prize, as well as to sign other waivers, forms, and any other documentation that Organizer requires (e.g., liability release, a publicity release). If a potential Winner is a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor, his/her parent/legal guardian will be required to sign the documents on his/her behalf. Failure to promptly execute the foregoing documents shall be deemed as a forfeiture of the right to receive the Prize. By returning the completed documents, the Winner attests to the provisions stated therein including the accuracy of the information contained therein and compliance with these Terms.
