Rebate Program Terms and Conditions

The following Rebate Terms and Conditions (“Rebate Terms”) govern eligibility, participation, and other matters regarding the Printify Rebate Program (“Program”). This document is a legally binding contract between Printify and You, as a User, for the participation in the Program.You acknowledge that Rebate Terms shall apply together with the Printify Terms of Service (available at www.printify.com/terms-of-service) (“Terms of Service“), Printify Intellectual Property Policy (available at www.printify.com/intellectual-property-policy) (“Intellectual Property Policy“), as well as any other applicable rules. In case of any conflict, provisions of these Rebate Terms shall prevail.

Unless specified otherwise, all capitalized terms used in these Rebate Terms shall have the same meaning as in the Terms of Service.

The below terms shall have the following meaning in these Rebate Terms:

  • “Order sent to production” refers to an Order that successfully reached the Print Provider after Printify charged the User. Once an Order has been sent to production, the User can no longer edit the details of the Order.
  • “Sales Value” refers to the production costs and tax (excluding shipping) of all Orders sold via Your Printify account during the period of a calendar month, less any subsequent deductions for canceled Orders, refunded Orders, chargebacks, or other disqualifying events (collectively, “Chargebacks”). All determinations regarding Sales Value and Chargebacks shall be made by Printify in its sole and absolute discretion.
  • “Rebate(s)” means a form of cashback for Printify services credited to the Printify Balance of the participating User.

Printify may from time to time offer Rebates on its services to Users. 

Printify will pre-select eligible Users by conducting a comprehensive evaluation of various criteria. Such users will receive an email message inviting them to participate in the Program. The email invitation will contain information on specific numbers of tiers and rebates for that User and require the User to confirm compliance with these Rebate Terms and other applicable rules. The invitation is non-transferable and cannot be shared with anyone else. If You have not received an email invitation, You are not eligible to participate in the Program.

The Program commences for an individual User on the date when that User sends Printify a confirmation of acceptance as per instructions contained in the invitation email or on the later date specified in the email. The initial term of the Program is six (6) months from the commencement date, unless specified otherwise in the invitation email (“Initial Program Term“). In some special cases, Printify might require that the User enters into a separate rebate agreement with Printify.

By participating in the Program, You commit to complying with the Rebate Terms, the Terms of Service, the Intellectual Property Policy, as well as any other applicable rules.

The User hereby acknowledges that the Rebates are provided at the sole discretion of Printify and may be modified or revoked at any time without notice or liability.  The provision of Rebates does not constitute a commitment or obligation by Printify to continue offering such Rebates in the future, and Printify reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reduce or discontinue any Rebates or the Program entirely at any time and for any reason.

Printify reserves the right at its sole discretion and upon its own judgment at any time to modify these Rebate Terms, any content, rules, rebate conditions and/or amounts, especially in case of any errors, fraud, or unauthorized interference that are beyond Printify’s control and may jeopardize the security and fairness of the Program. By accepting any Rebates and/or continuing to participate in the Program following any amendments to the Rebate Terms and/or any other content, rules, rebate conditions and/or amounts, the User acknowledges and agrees to be bound by such amendments. It is the User’s responsibility to review the Rebate Terms periodically to become aware of any modifications. Printify reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to notify the User of major changes to the Rebate Terms, but such notification is not obligatory and does not waive the User’s responsibility to review the Rebate Terms.

Eligibility for participation in the Program is determined by Printify in its sole discretion based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the length of a User’s relationship with Printify, purchase history, potential gross merchandise value and other relevant factors. The Program may also be used as a means to attract new Users. The Program eligibility is not based on any factor or condition that is arbitrary, biased, discriminatory, or otherwise contrary to the Terms of Service. Printify reserves the right to determine and modify the eligibility criteria at any time.

Only one Printify account per User may qualify. If Printify has reasonable grounds to suspect that a group of people or the same person is benefiting more than once from the offer, Printify may at its own exclusive discretion decide to cancel any rebates and void any offers.

Violation of any term of the Agreement, including, but not limited to, the Terms of Service, the Intellectual Property Policy, and these Rebate Terms will automatically lead to Printify voiding its offers, canceling rebates, or reversing any payments. The determination of whether a particular User or an account has violated terms of the Agreement shall remain at Printify’s exclusive and sole discretion. Printify may at any time reclaim any rebate amounts that have been awarded in error. The decision on reclaiming rebates shall be final and not subject to appeal.

The Program is designed to provide Users with rebates based on their generated Sales Value during a predetermined period of time. By participating in the Program, You gain exclusive access to its user-specific rules and benefits.

By participating in the Program, You agree to maintain the confidentiality of your Rebate conditions and amounts, all marketing materials, strategies, and tactics that You have access to within this Program. You agree not to share, copy, or distribute any of this information to anyone else and not to use it for any purposes other than participation in this Program.

The terms of the Program shall be specific to each User, as will be outlined in the email communication. Each participating User is assigned individual Sales Value target thresholds and corresponding Rebate percentages. These personalized thresholds and rebate rates will be communicated via email to the User’s registered Printify account (as specified in Section B above).

The timestamp marking the “Order sent to production” will serve as the key factor for determining which Orders qualify for inclusion in the Sales Value achievement calculation. The Rebate amount will be calculated based on the generated Sales Value and applied to the subsequent month’s Sales Value.

All Users participating in the Program who have met the specified Sales Value targets will receive the Rebate as an in-store credit to their Printify Balance starting from the 5th calendar day of the subsequent month. Under no circumstance Printify shall be liable or obligated to pay the Rebate in cash or by any other means other than as a sales credit.

For additional information on how payments work on Printify, please refer to Section I of the Terms of Service (available at https://printify.com/terms-of-service/#menu-payment). Rebates can only be used to pay for Services and Orders with Printify and cannot be withdrawn from the account.

Printify may unilaterally at its sole discretion decide to extend the Initial Program Term or any subsequent extended term by sending the participating User a notice of extension. Printify may decide to terminate the Program at any time and for any reason, including if the participating User violates any provision of these Rebate Terms, the Terms of Service, or the Intellectual Property Policy.

If Printify incurs any chargebacks, disputes, reversals, or other charges that Printify may have incurred or has otherwise awarded Rebates to You in error due to causes attributable to You in respect to Your account, we reserve the right to:

a. Charge You for the relevant amounts incurred.
b. Set off any positive balance in Your account against any amounts owed by You.

By participating in the Program, You agree that Printify as the data controller will process Your personal data (including but not limited to Your full name, place of residence and email address) in accordance with applicable personal data protection laws. Personal data will be collected, processed, and used to process the Program under the Rebate Terms stipulated herein. Purposes of data processing include organizing and performing the Program, communicating with eligible and participating Users, and evaluating the fulfillment of the Program requirements.

Your data will be processed based on: 

  • Your consent, which You can withdraw by contacting Printify at [email protected].
  • Printify’s legitimate interests, such as the promotion of Printify’s brand and other marketing purposes, as well as detecting fraud, abuse, other malicious activities, and/or enforcing or defending Printify’s legal rights.
  • Provision of Your personal data is mandatory for participation in the Program. Your personal data will be retained as long as necessary for the aforementioned purposes, and as long as there is a legal basis for data processing.
