The Co-Organizer promotes the Event to its own merchants, communicates with them before and after the Event, may provide moderators for the Event, and may make its own offers or benefits available to its merchants in connection with the Event. Where the Co-Organizer or its personnel moderate the Event, they do so on behalf of and under the authority of the Organizer, and all moderation and enforcement decisions are made by, and attributable to, the Organizer. Any offer or benefit made available by the Co-Organizer is governed by separate terms between the Co-Organizer and the recipient and forms no part of these Terms. The Co-Organizer is not a party to these Terms and, save as expressly stated in these Terms, assumes no obligations towards Participants under them. Codes are single-use, have no cash value, are non-transferable, are personal to the recipient, and may be subject to an expiry date set by the issuing company. The issuing company may cancel a code or refuse to honour it where it has been transferred, shared publicly, or otherwise obtained or used improperly, or where the recipient has breached these Terms or the Amplified Code of Conduct. Any question or claim relating to a code is a matter between the recipient and the company that issued it, and forms no part of these Terms.
