Code of Conduct

This Code of Conduct applies to all of Printify’s online and offline spaces, including large events such as Printify Amplified, smaller ones like our Printify Sessions, individual webinars, and any event organized by Printify or a Printify community.

Our Facebook group also has a well-established code of conduct that aligns with this document. If anyone violates this Code of Conduct, Printify will expel them from these spaces and events at our discretion.

This policy is a living document, meaning we will continuously update it. The participants and attendees of Printify’s online spaces and events are responsible for checking in on the latest version of our Code of Conduct.

This Code of Conduct further details the terms of the Printify Amplified Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) and is to be applied together with the T&Cs, in case there is any discrepancy between any of the terms specified in the Code of Conduct and the T&Cs, the former shall prevail.

Printify is dedicated to providing a harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, political beliefs, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, age, race, or religion. If we determine that you’re harassing another participant or attendee, we will remove you from the event.

Harassment includes, but is not limited to:

  • Offensive comments related to gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, mental illness, physical appearance, body size, age, race, or religion.
  • Unwelcome comments regarding a person’s lifestyle choices and practices, including those related to food, health, parenting, drugs, and employment.
  • Deliberate misgendering.
  • The display of unwarranted or sexual images of any kind on any device or platform.
  • Threats of violence.
  • Incitement of violence towards any individual, including encouraging a person to commit self-harm.
  • Deliberate intimidation.
  • Unwelcome sexual attention.
  • Repeated inappropriate social contact, such as requesting contact or personal information of another attendee or participant.
  • Continued messaging of someone after they’ve asked you to stop.
  • Deliberate humiliation of a person’s identity without their consent, except if necessary to protect vulnerable people from intentional abuse.
  • Publication of non-harassing private communication.

At Printify, we believe the entrepreneurial experience of being your own boss is for everyone. As long as your store and content are within the law, we encourage your right to build your own eCommerce business.

We ask that you are truthful and transparent while communicating with others and respecting those who do not wish to share information with the group. We prefer that you use your real name and identity while interacting with the community, but it is not essential.

Be mindful that everyone communicates using unique mannerisms. We ask you to be respectful and not accuse others of being unfriendly. We don’t tolerate harassment, but we reserve the right not to act on complaints of people behaving within reasonable boundaries of communication.

Please don’t share or ask for confidential information. While we want Printify Events to be engaging for our community to share and learn, disclosing confidential information about yourself or your business is not a good idea.

Please don’t spam our community with advertisements or promotions for yourself or other parties. It’s a place for people to share, without being pushed into spending money.

If you are subjected to harassment or witness someone being harassed, please let a member of the Printify Team know as soon as possible. How to contact Moderators and Admins will be clearly indicated during events. If the person who is harassing you is a team member, we’ll make sure they’re removed from handling your issue. We will also respect any request for confidentiality when making a complaint.

To protect our team and community members from negative experiences, we reserve the right to reject any reports we believe were made in bad faith.

If we ask you to stop a behavior, we expect you to do so immediately.

If anyone is suspected of harassment, we will instantly eject them from the event, group, or community. We reserve the right to refuse entry to later events or re-entry to our communities. In extreme cases, we may warn other parties of a participant or attendee’s behavior.
