This Code of Conduct applies to the Amplified 2026 online event (the “Event”), including the Event platform and its chat, Q&A and any other interactive features. It applies to every participant, attendee, speaker and moderator, regardless of whether they registered or joined the Event through a Printify space or through a Printful space or community (the “Participant”, “you”, “your”). The Event is organized and hosted by Printify, Inc. (the “Organizer”, “Printify”, “we”) and co-organized by Printful, Inc. (the “Co-Organizer”, “Printful”). The Organizer administers and enforces this Code of Conduct. Moderation may be carried out by personnel of the Organizer or of the Co-Organizer acting on the Organizer’s behalf; all enforcement decisions are made by, and attributable to, the Organizer, including in respect of Participants who joined the Event through the Co-Organizer and where a breach is reported to the Organizer by the Co-Organizer. Save as stated in this Code of Conduct, the Co-Organizer assumes no obligations towards Participants under it.

The Organizer’s and the Co-Organizer’s Facebook groups also have a well-established code of conduct that aligns with this Code of Conduct. If anyone violates this Code of Conduct, the Organizer will expel them from the Event at its own discretion.

This Code of Conduct is a living document, meaning the Organizer will continuously update it. The Participants of the Event are responsible for checking in on the latest version of our Code of Conduct.

This Code of Conduct further details the terms of the Amplified Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) and is to be applied together with the Terms, in case there is any discrepancy between any of the terms specified in the Code of Conduct and the Terms, this Code of Conduct shall prevail on matters of Participant conduct and enforcement, and the Terms shall prevail on all other matters.

Zero tolerance for harassment

The Organizer is dedicated to providing a harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, political beliefs, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, age, race, or religion. If the Organizer determines that the Participant is harassing another participant or attendee, we will remove them from the Event.

Harassment includes, but is not limited to:

Offensive comments related to gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, mental illness, physical appearance, body size, age, race, or religion.
Unwelcome comments regarding a person’s lifestyle choices and practices, including those related to food, health, parenting, drugs, and employment.
Deliberate misgendering.
The display of unwarranted or sexual images of any kind on any device or platform.
Threats of violence.
Incitement of violence towards any individual, including encouraging a person to commit self-harm.
Deliberate intimidation.
Unwelcome sexual attention.
Repeated inappropriate social contact, such as requesting contact or personal information of another Participant.
Continued messaging of someone after they’ve asked you to stop.
Deliberate humiliation of a person’s identity without their consent, except if necessary to protect vulnerable people from intentional abuse.
Publication of non-harassing private communication.

Respect for everyone

We believe the entrepreneurial experience of being your own boss is for everyone. As long as your store and content are within the law, we encourage your right to build your own eCommerce business.

We ask that you are truthful and transparent while communicating with others and respecting those who do not wish to share information with the group. We prefer that you use your real name and identity while interacting with the communities, but it is not essential.

Be mindful that everyone communicates using unique mannerisms. We ask you to be respectful and not accuse others of being unfriendly. We don’t tolerate harassment, but we reserve the right not to act on complaints of people behaving within reasonable boundaries of communication.

No confidential information

Please don’t share or ask for confidential information. While we want the Event to be engaging for our communities to share and learn, disclosing confidential information about yourself or your business is not a good idea.

This is a community, not a marketing platform

Please don’t spam our communities with advertisements or promotions for yourself or other parties. It’s a place for people to share, without being pushed into spending money.

Seen or heard someone going against this code of conduct?

If you are subjected to harassment or witness someone being harassed, please let a member of the Printify Team know as soon as possible. If you joined the Event through Printful, you may instead report to a member of the Printful Team, who will pass the report to Printify so that it can be acted on. How to contact moderators and admins will be clearly indicated during the Event. If the person who is harassing you is a member of the Printify or Printful Team, we’ll make sure they’re removed from handling your issue. We will also respect any request for confidentiality when making a complaint.

To protect our team and communities’ members from negative experiences, we reserve the right to reject any reports we believe were made in bad faith.

Consequences

If we ask you to stop a behavior, we expect you to do so immediately.

If we determine that anyone has engaged in harassment, we may instantly eject them from the Event. Both Printful and Printify reserve the right to refuse entry to later events or re-entry to our communities. In extreme cases, we may warn other parties of a Participant’s behavior.
