Mentorship Program Disclaimer

The Printify Mentorship Program (the “Program”) is organized by Printify, Inc. and led by an independent expert. By submitting your application and participating in the Program you (“You” or the “Participant”) acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

The Program is open only to registered Printify users. The expert engaged in this Program is an independent expert and is not an employee, agent, or representative of Printify. The expert is solely responsible for the advice and guidance provided. The mentorship provided is for informational purposes only and should not be considered as professional advice. Participants are encouraged to seek professional advice relevant to their individual circumstances. 

Printify shall not be liable for any actions, decisions, or outcomes resulting from the advice provided by the independent expert during the Program. Program Participants should exercise caution when sharing confidential or sensitive information during the Program mentorship sessions. Printify is not responsible for any breach of confidentiality by the expert.

Printify reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate these terms and/or this Program, or change the participating expert, at any time and at its sole discretion, without prior notice.

Participants are responsible for their own actions or decisions. Printify is not responsible for any consequences resulting from Participant decisions made during or after the Program.

Printify makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Program, including but not limited to the accuracy, completeness, and/or usefulness of any information provided during the Program.

This Program shall be hosted in private Facebook groups.This Program is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Meta. Printify fully releases and holds Meta harmless from liability.

By participating in this Program,you agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless Printify, its officers, employees, affiliates, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, or damages arising out of or in connection with your participation in the Program. The Printify Terms of Service (available at https://printify.com/terms-of-service/), together with the Privacy Policy (available at https://printify.com/privacy-policy/) and Intellectual Property Policy (available at https://printify.com/intellectual-property-policy/), apply to the Program and those participating in the Program.
