What print methods do you use?+
Most t-shirts use Direct-to-Garment (DTG) — ideal for detailed artwork. Select products also support DTF, embroidery, and all-over sublimation. Methods depend on the product and print provider.
How long does production and shipping take?+
Production typically takes 2–5 business days. Shipping adds 2–7 business days. Orders are routed to the print facility nearest your customer to reduce delivery time and cost.
Can I order a sample before selling?+
Yes. Sample orders are fulfilled at standard base cost. Printify Premium members get a 20% discount. Ordering a sample lets you verify print quality and fabric feel before listing.
What file format should I use for designs?+
Upload PNG files with a transparent background at 300 DPI. Printify's Product Creator flags any files too low resolution before you publish. SVG files are also supported for vector artwork.
Is there a minimum order quantity?+
No. Every t-shirt is printed on demand when a customer orders. Sell one unit or thousands — no bulk minimums, no upfront stock, no inventory to manage.
What happens if a customer wants a refund?+
