Merchant Support is the largest and fastest-growing squad in Printify. As such, we are looking for an experienced, responsible, and hard-working training manager to join our efforts in taking over the print-on-demand industry. You would work in an international environment with talented teammates in a casual atmosphere. As an MS training manager, you would lead a team of training coordinators. The mission would be to design engaging ways to train agents using data-driven decisions to improve the quality of training programs while providing stellar support for Printify merchants.
Your responsibilities
- Work with the Merchant Support and any external e-learning platforms to develop new courses and improve existing ones when/if needed
- Drive efficiency improvements in the MS training programs
- Manage, design, develop, coordinate, and conduct training programs
- Define clearly documented learning objectives, create content, define learning activities
- Analyze the quality and effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven decisions toward improvements
What you need
- A meticulous, structured, and organized way of doing things
- Ideally (but not necessary) previous leadership experience
- Ability to visualize, articulate, conceptualize, and solve problems using available data and observations
- Experience with various training methods, including on-the-job coaching, mentorship programs, and e-learning
- Experience with different projects, including management training and soft-skills development
- To be familiar with the training coordinators, equipment, and educational material requirements for each training
