
At Printify, Recruiters undertake one of the most exciting roles within the Human Resources Team. As we are looking towards x3 growth in 2021, we are hiring a Recruiter to help us manage non-technical roles at first. In the future this role might grow into both technical and non-technical recruitment, supporting not only local but also international hiring.
What you will do
- Collaborate with hiring managers
- Post and advertise jobs on a variety of platforms
- Filter incoming applications
- Proactively source candidates through a range of platforms
- Screen candidates
- Arrange interviews
- Send offers
- Collaborate with HR team to optimize recruitment processes
- Participate in in-house and external hiring events
- Analyze and improve recruitment metrics
What you need
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting
- Experience of working in a startup or other fast-paced environment is a strong plus
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Self-discipline and time planning skills
