Merchant Support Specialist
We are looking for smart specialists who will be the first point of contact for Printify platform users. You will fit great if you are detail-oriented, have excellent problem-solving/people skills and possess outstanding communication skills in English.
As Merchant Support Specialist, you’ll
- Communicating clearly and effectively with customers via e-mail and chat;
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries;
- Addressing general inquiries, as well as educating customers regarding the platform and product offerings;
- Assisting customers with order-related and account-related issues;
- Building and maintaining effective communication with existing and new customers and Print Partners.

- You are open-minded and willing to learn a lot quickly;
- You possess a strong sense of responsibility and problem-solving skills;
- You have very good written and verbal English communication skills;
- You have good computer and typing skills;
- You are able to work both independently and in a team;
- You are able to work any of the shifts mentioned below.
- You have previous customer support experience (wishful, but not mandatory).
