Printify is looking for IT Help Desk specialist to join and help grow the number 1 startup in Latvia. At Printify IT Help Desk takes care of internal personnel equipment setup and management, office infrastructure and network setup and management, employee onboarding/offboarding, access right management and internal software solution implementation and management.
Your responsibilities:
  • You will be responsible for user on/off-boarding – GSuite, Jira/Confluence, LastPass administration
  • Installing/maintaining IT equipment, VPN for end users. We are looking for someone who could automate as many manual steps as possible
  • Helping users to fix computer issues – mouse not working, installing applications, connecting to printers
  • This role will also be expected to take part in new projects called upon. This could include anything from a hardware project, to a meeting room configuration
  • New IT equipment procurement
  • Any Office network management and issue resolution
  • Server administration
  • Manage new office building security systems
  • Implementing office equipment backups
  • Implement Mosyle office computer management solution
