Customer Success Manager (medium size merchants; 1-to-many workflows)

The success of our customers means success for us. And for us, that means providing an outstanding, value adding merchant experience at all times. To facilitate this, we are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our Customer Success and Sales team. In this role you will be working with our medium-volume merchants and you will drive value through “1 to many” means of communication – content, newsletters, campaigns and webinars. 
Your will aim to help medium-volume merchants be successful on Printify platform by facilitating the use of the platform, providing them with the relevant information, training and consulting. You will help them to achieve their business goals and grow their business on Printify.
  • Deliver on the retention and growth goals on the portfolio of your merchants
  • Run “1 to many” programs to activate merchants on Printify and grow them into high-volume merchants
  • Onboard, train and educate merchants on the use of Printify platform
  • Provide merchants with guidance on how to effectively use Printify platform, best e-commerce practices and the industry trends to help them achieve their business goals
  • Retain the merchants, and identify growth opportunities within the managed portfolio
  • 2 to 3 years experience in Customer Success, Sales or Product Marketing roles in a software or technology company
  • Proven track record of the goal attainment
  • Experience in managing a high volume (300+) customer portfolio
  • Experience in running webinars, product trainings and email campaigns 
  • Experience with analytics and business Intelligence tools is preferred, with CRM required
  • Excellent written and spoken English proficiency
  • Technical aptitude to quickly learn new technologies
  • A team player with focus and determination for professional growth and goal attainment
  • Passion for technologies and/or eCommerce
  • Ability to get things done
