We are looking for a responsible and hard-working new team member to join us in our journey of taking over the POD industry. As a bilingual support specialist, your work would be designed in a (full-time) shift-based schedule, working remotely. You would work in an international environment with cool teammates and a casual atmosphere. If you have excellent command of English and Vietnamese, you have great communication skills, you’re a natural-born problem solver and you consider yourself a “people person” – this could be the place for you!

Your responsibilities
  • Communicating with customers through live chats and emails in English and Vietnamese
  • Helping merchants set up their online stores and creating their first products via email & chat
  • Providing merchants with all the necessary information about Printify and POD
  • Assisting merchants with order-related and account-related issues
  • Building and maintaining efficient communication with existing/new customers and Print Partners
What you need
  • Excellent written and verbal English and Vietnamese skills
  • Experience in POD
  • Flexibility & open-mindedness to consistently learn new things
  • An empathetic & patient mindset
  • Readiness to work in a team setting and/or on your own
  • Tech-savviness & a good speed behind the keyboard
  • Ideally, previous customer support work experience (but it’s not mandatory)
  • Availability to work in shifts
