I want to ask if i want to attach a piece of material in a tshirt, you have this option?

If I understand correctly, then that’s not possible, no. We currently only offer adding prints on shirts (you upload your design on our platform, and we print it on a shirt) and also packaging inserts with certain print providers, which you can use to either say “thank you” to your customers or to provide them with promotional materials of your store, in hopes that they will return and place another order with you in the future.

Our specialized team is actively working on expanding our printing network globally and adding more new products. While I don’t have any specific information about UK, I’m sure starting from the beginning of the year 2023, there will be more new print providers added to our catalog, so stay tuned.
I’m concerned just how much profit overall I will actually make after I have paid printify and the website ie etsy or similar?

You can decide yourself, how much profit you want to get. Printify will only charge you for the production and shipping costs, which should be included in your retail price. As for additional Etsy fees, you can perhaps find answers here.

We also have a separate section for “Bestsellers”, which are regularly updated (if any significant updates cause the bestsellers to change, of course). As for the niches, you can check out different blog posts for yearly niche trends, however, we don’t provide a list of the most popular niches.
