We have updated the Green November Challenge (“Challenge”) Terms and Conditions, effective December 1, 2022, to reflect the Challenge extension to December 31, 2022. Please review the changes.

A. Definitions

These terms are used throughout the Green November Challenge (“Challenge”) Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”):

• “User,” “You,” and “Your” refers to the individual person, company, or organization that has visited or is using Printify services; that accesses or uses any part of the account; or that directs the use of the account in the performance of its functions.
• “Order sent to production” refers to an order that has successfully reached the print provider after Printify has charged the User. Once an Order has been sent to production, the User can no longer edit the details of the Order or cancel it.
• “Existing Printify User” refers to a Printify User who has had at least one order sent to production before November 30, 2022, at 11:59 PM Pacific Time, as recorded in the Printify database.
• “New Printify User” refers to a Printify User who has not had any orders sent to production or who does not have a Printify account as of  November 30, 2022, at 11:59 PM Pacific Time, as recorded in the Printify database.
• “Monthly Sales Value” refers to the production cost (excluding shipping and tax) of all orders sold through your Printify account during the period of a calendar month, less any subsequent deductions for canceled orders, refunded orders, chargebacks, or other disqualifying events (collectively, “Chargebacks”). All determinations regarding sales value and chargebacks shall be made by Printify in its sole and absolute discretion.
• Any term not defined herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the Printify Terms of Service (available at https://printify.com/terms-of-service/).

B. General 

1. The Challenge is open to New and Existing Printify Users.
2. The Challenge commences on December 1, 2022, at 12:00 AM Pacific Time, and ends on December 31, 2022, at 11:59 PM Pacific Time.
3. Printify reserves the right at its sole discretion and upon its own judgment at any time to modify these T&Cs, any content, rules, and reward conditions, especially in case of any errors, fraud, or unauthorized interference that are beyond Printify’s control and may jeopardize the security and fairness of the Challenge. Printify reserves the right to cancel the Challenge without stating any reason, at any time.
4. Printify Terms of Service (available at https://printify.com/terms-of-service/) together with the Privacy Policy (available at https://printify.com/privacy-policy/) and Intellectual Property Policy (available at https://printify.com/intellectual-property-policy/) are applicable to these T&Cs. In case of any conflict provisions of these T&Cs shall prevail.

*Excluding Printify staff members and their family members.

C. Challenge rules applicable to Existing Printify Users 

1. Before the start of the Challenge, each Existing Printify User participating in the Challenge will be assigned an individual sales value threshold based on the Existing Printify User’s highest historical monthly sales value, which then must be met or exceeded during the Challenge to qualify for a reward.
2. On December 1, 2022, the individual sales value threshold will be communicated via email associated with Your Printify account. 
3. The ‘Order sent to production’ timestamp will be the determining factor when calculating which orders are eligible to be included in the sales value achievement calculation.
4. The value of the reward will be determined by the percentage of the Existing Printify User’s threshold that has been met. The reward value ladder is listed below:

• Achieve 100% of the threshold, receive 2% of the assigned threshold
• Achieve 120% of the threshold, receive 3% of the assigned threshold
• Achieve 150% of the threshold, receive 4% of the assigned threshold
• Achieve 200% of the threshold, receive 5% of the assigned threshold
• Achieve 250% of the threshold, receive 10% of the assigned threshold
• Achieve 300% of the threshold, receive 20% of the assigned threshold

D. Challenge rules applicable to New Printify Users 

1. Before the start of the Challenge, each New Printify User participating in the Challenge will have a sales value threshold determined by Printify. The value of the reward will be determined by the achieved sales value during the Challenge.
2. The ‘Order sent to production’ timestamp will be the determining factor when calculating which orders are eligible to be included in the sales value achievement calculation.
3. The reward value ladder and target sales values are listed below:

• Achieve $1,000 – $4,999 in sales value, receive $10
• Achieve $5,000 – $9,999 in sales value, receive $100
• Achieve $10,000 – $19,999 in sales value, receive $300
• Achieve $20,000 – $29,999 in sales value, receive $1,000
• Achieve $30,000 – $49,999 in sales value, receive $1,800
• Achieve $50,000 and above in sales value, receive $3,500

E. How to participate

1. Users interested in participating in the Challenge must first visit the Printify website https://printify.com/app and complete the Challenge sign-up process. 
2. Printify Users who have not completed the required sign-up process will not be eligible for a reward.
3. The required sign-up process can be completed anytime during the Challenge. All orders sent to production from the start of the Challenge will be included in the sales value achievement calculation.

F. Eligibility and entry restrictions

1. Only one Printify account per User and/or seller may qualify. Accounts cannot be combined to qualify for higher award tiers. If Printify has reasonable grounds to suspect that a group of people or the same person is benefiting more than once from the offer, Printify may at its own exclusive discretion decide to cancel any awards and void any offers.  
2. Printify accounts may never be created or used in someone else’s name, business name, or address. Printify may request completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation to verify the details in the User’s account, prior to awarding any rewards.  
3. Violation of any term applicable to the Challenge, including in particular these T&Cs, will automatically lead to Printify voiding its offers, canceling rewards, or reversing any payments and/or discounts. The determination of whether a particular User or an account has violated terms applicable to the Challenge shall remain at Printify’s exclusive and sole discretion. Printify may at any time reclaim any reward amounts that have been awarded in error. The decision on reclaiming awards shall be final and undisputable.
4. If Printify incurs any chargebacks, disputes, reversals, or other charges that Printify may have incurred due to causes attributable to you in respect to your account, we reserve the right to:

a. Charge you for the relevant amounts incurred.

b. Set off any positive balance in your account against any amounts owed by you.

G. Reward process

1. All Challenge participants who have met the targets in the rules of this challenge will receive Printify credits as a reward starting from January 2023.
2. The reward will be distributed in six installments between January and June 2023.
3. A User will be able to use their reward to cover up to 20% of each individual Printify order’s value excluding shipping and tax. The discount will auto-apply to every Printify order until the reward is depleted. 
4. If the total discount amount has been depleted, the next order will not receive any discount. 
5. If the total discount amount is not spent in the current month, the remaining amount will be carried over to the following month until it is depleted.

H. Copyright

1. User Content that contains any of the below is prohibited and may lead to the termination of your account and participation in the Challenge.

a.Intellectual Property: You may not post or upload content that infringes on the copyright or trademarks of others.

b. Personal and Confidential Information

c. Harassment, Bullying, Defamation, and Threats.

d. Hateful Content.

e. Illegal Activities. 

f. Child Exploitation. 

g. Self-Harm.

h. Terrorist Organizations.

   2. Printify reserves the right to determine at its sole discretion whether content violates these T&Cs.
